Went here for lunch yesterday. It’s an order at the counter and seat yourself place. The staff taking orders were knowledgable about the menu, friendly, and accommodating. We were handed our drinks and sat ourselves. We sat outside at the only table available. They were packed. Despite the crowd, service was great. Our meals were promptly brought to us by another friendly and helpful employee. The orders were correct. Food was great. Service was even better. I’ll definitely come here again. My only complaint is the size to the menu board. It was small and difficult to read for those of us without perfect vision.

This is my first time here! It will definitely won’t be my last! The food was freaking delicious but most of all the service was spectacular! Every couple of minutes an employee checked on us to see if we were okay. Always topping off our beverage. Their mint lavender lemonade was off the hook. Their burger was on point. Great place to just chill and eat a scrumptious meal. Will definitely come back again!

This place is AWESOME… the food, the service is always on point. I usually have the burger because this is the only place I will eat burgers at but I had the chicken digglers for the first time and LOVED them, they were delicious, slightly crisp and very juicy… YUM :) I had to compliment Evan for maintaining his fabulous customer service no matter how busy they get. He has done a great job training his crew right, everytime I have been here the employees have great attitudes and the energy feels very positive. There is nothing better than eating great food, receiving outstanding customer service while supporting a health and environmentally conscious restaurant. I’m so happy they opened a Burger Lounge here in Temecula… no more driving to SD ;)

I would have to give Burger Lounge(BL) a 3.5 I know a good burger. I feel BL has a decent burger but it’s not in my top 5 list of best burgers. I love to compare burgers but I don’t think there is a burger to compare BL with. So I wanted to check out BL and the place was packed so that says a lot right there. At the same time it had just open so usually when a new place opens a lot of people want to check it out. It was nice to have an organic burger but the taste was just alright and I think the lavender drink I had was better than the burger. Would I come back to BL? Probably so because the burger was good and the fries were ok. They have a nice shaded patio out front so that was cool. Overall I would eat here again but I doubt I would go out of my way to eat here.

Super slow service!!! There wasn’t a line in fact there’s only 1 customer in front of me. It took forever from placing the order to getting my order! With so many dining options in Temecula, I will not be back here.

Best burger around, great service and highly recommend. Not bad pricing for grass fed meat and organic products, you have to try if if you like burgers… Also yummy fries, thanks

Best GlutenFree bun EVER! No complaints at all! Recommend: YES&YES! My girlfriend and I just came to share a lunch. We ordered a Fresh Vegetable Salad $ 8.95 and a Seared Albacore Burger $ 9.95 along with Lavender Mint Lemonade $ 2.49 and Iced Green Tea $ 2.49. The young man at the counter taking our order overheard us talking about sharing our meal and noted on our orders(we placed separate orders) to have everything split. This was so helpful :) First the«burger». This was the best tuna burger I have ever had! The bun is super tender and tasty, with a light toasting.(I forgot to ask for gluten free, so this is referring to their regular bun.) *I have since been back several times for the seared albacore burger on a gluten-free bun. All I can say is, THISISTHEBESTGLUTENFREEBUN I’VEEVERTASTED! The fish was cooked just right, meaning still raw in the center and tender throughout. The amount of seasoning and aioli was just right(not drenched and slathered in dripping sauces, thank you). The salad was large, fresh and crisp, again lightly dressed(not drowned in dressing). It had lots of fantastic sprouts/micro-greens on top, and fresh corn cut from the cob, too! The Lavender Mint Lemonade is very lightly sweetened, not sugary at all, with a great flavor of real lavender in it. The mint is very mild, but there are fresh mint leaves as garnish that you can crush into your drink of you want more mint flavor. Jordan, made our day by visiting with us as he checked to see if we needed any refills or anything else. Once he learned that we had never tried the fries and onion rings there, he brought us a sampler of them(which is plated adorably, btw). Oh, how I try to not eat fried foods anymore! But these are the best onion rings around — freshly cut and breaded there at the restaurant. I believe the fries are fresh cut as well, but I am not positive(I would expect it, though, considering their standards on everything else). *On subsequent visits, my husband and I have ordered the ½ & ½(fry/ring combo) as a treat! Good work, Jordan, you increased sales at the restaurant by bringing out that sample ;) This has become one of my favorite casual dining spots in town(and I usually avoid these type of burger places). Final comment: Yes, seating can be an issue, as they have limited seating indoors, but they do have a nice patio in front and on the side of the restaurant. If you’re worried about getting a seat indoors, just go at an off hour and you should have no problem at all :)

Great customer service! Most places 10⁄15 minutes to closing are not friendly or disgruntled that you’re coming in so late. Not these gentlemen! They were warm and friendly despite the time. Thanks guys! Your disposition made the fries that much tastier.

With grass fed beef and hand crafted sodas, this place is definitely a boutique burger joint that brings the quality right down to the sauces. Come here only if you want quality and go to Whataburger if you want crap. (No Texas, i don’t get it. I don’t get Whataburger. Is it one of those things where«Well it may be crap on a bun, but just because it’s from Texas we love it.»)

Such great addition to the area! Service was great, absolutely loved my made in house veggie burger and salad, guys loved their burgers and fries. Very clean and bright location, plenty of seating and easy parking ass well. Prices and portions are fair, the quality outstanding. Worth checking out while in the area!

I must say I’m not a snob when it comes to food so when I heard of grass fed burger I wasn’t sure whether to like it or not… But i actually did! Had the lounge burger and everything about it was good. I even ate the bread since it wasn’t heavy. The meat was not fatty. Price was decent like what you would pay at red robin. Employees were nice and even accepted an expired coupon as a one-time accommodation. I will come back

I came in with the fam today and everyone loved all their food. I particularly am extremely impressed with their gluten free bun! I was SO excited I could have a gluten free burger, burgers were my favorite food before I was diagnosed with Celiacs. I was a bit hesitant at first because most place’s gf buns are… not great. But this burger and the gf bun were phenomenal!!! I LOVED it!!! You also have to try their lavender mint lemonade! I was also very impressed with our cashiers knowledge of the gluten free process and all their ingredients. The only downside, which is great for them, it was too busy! There was nowhere for us to sit! But they deserve all that business! I will definitely be coming back!

If you want to eat a pretty, healthier burger and are willing to spend a little extra cash then this place is the option for you. Right off the bat i’m going to tell you this place is expensive! For a Lounge Burger(w/no bacon cuz it’s $ 1.95 extra), side of regular fries, and a lavender mint lemonade I spent $ 15! The meal was very good, but I just don’t see myself coming here often because of the price. The fries are to die for! I love how it’s crispy and they add some parsley leaves it looks like. I also can’t leave without having a lavender mint lemonade, but sometimes it’s a bit sour other times it’s made just right. If you’re dining in they’ll start you off with a glass of the lemonade and if a worker notices you’re leaving and your glass is empty they’ll ask you if you would like a refill to go. So make sure you take advantage of that! As for the ambiance, employees were very nice and the interior is aesthetically pleasing. Although the restaurant is very small compared to other locations I’ve been to. My friend and I decided to sit outside because it was a beautiful day and it was a little too stuffy inside. The employees would always check up on me to see if I’m doing fine and would ask me if I needed more ranch/ketchup/napkins. Overall, Burger Lounge is a nice place if you want to opt for a healthier burger if you’re willing to spend double the price you would than if you went to In-N-Out.

Wifey and I finally came to try Burger Lounge for the first time since it’s been all the recent hype! We aren’t necessarily hardcore about the organic food life style, but we’re always willing to try out places like this even if it’s a little more expensive compared to your standard In-N-Out, Five Guys, etc cheeseburger. We ordered a 1⁄3 and a ¼ burger and split some fries and a lemonade which came out to a little over $ 20. The burgers themselves were both really good and appropriately sized for the both of us. The fries had good flavor, but make sure you get more ketchup and ask for ranch! We’re not sure if we’ll be back again soon considering that for about the same price we can go to Red Robin, but we’re happy that we finally gave it a shot!

First time at Burger Lounge with the wife and unfortunately, our experience was less than stellar. The wife and I order the only two burger options: Mine was the 1/3lb Lounge and hers was the ¼lb Classic. We also ordered the 50⁄50 fries and onion rings to share. Okay, my burger was fine but since this was wife’s first time, I really wanted her to have a good experience. My wife’s Classic was severely undercooked, and since we don’t make the habit of sending food back, she sucked it up and didn’t complain. That is, until she hit the very pink bloody center and started gagging. Undercooked beef isn’t for everyone and my wife is definitely one of those people. Although my burger was cooked perfectly, her’s needed a couple more minutes on the grill. These cooks do this all day, and they fuck up now?! Just our luck! My other gripe is the service. I tipped $ 6 bucks on a $ 30 ticket when I paid expecting«full service» and at least one refill as they mentioned. What a rip! Well, that refill never came for either of us. I assured my wife they would come but they never did. And so my wife took her cup up front and asked for a refill on her root beer. Thanks for nothing! Oh well, I really wanted her to like this place, but after today they’ve lost our business forever. Deuces, Burger Lounge!!!

Now I’ve been to many burger spots like Umami, Slater’s 50/50, and Stacked, and don’t get me wrong, all of those said places are very delicious. But at the end of the day, it’s like I’d still prefer an In-N-Out burger. Well, Burger Lounge is like a healthier version of In-N-Out burger and it is SOGOOD. I had ordered the Little Lounge Burger(¼ pound instead of the 1⁄3) with fries and a lavender mint lemonade. They also let you sample the lavender mint lemonade if you are unsure of ordering it. Also, FREEREFILLS! AND, you can take your drink to-go when you’re done eating! Mind you, it is also a really good sized to-go cup they give you. They don’t do combos or meals, so you just have to order the extra side items separately. Food: Their Lounge Burger is so tasty and fresh and so flavorful. You can choose between organic white cheddar and organic American — I chose organic white cheddar. The fries are good, but they could use a little bit more salt and/or add parmesan cheese on top. Fries and onion rings come in cute little brown bags too, which makes your plate look really presentable. The lavender mint lemonade was really good, a little sour/tangy for me, but still really refreshing. Also, their homeade ranch is amazing!!! Try it with your burgers and fries when they offer it! Customer service: AWESOME. Our guy Steve was very attentive and was really great. He was very prompt about refilling our drinks and cleaning up our table. Really friendly too. I am definitely coming back here again and bringing more friends. :)

Burger hounds, rejoice! Burger Lounge has set up shop in a non-SD/LA/coastal county. We got it before OC — woot! It’s located within a health-centric strip mall across from the busy Temecula Promenade. Fair warning: parking will be an issue here, but there are extra spots around the corner if the storefront gets packed. And trust me, it will be crowded. Some who have been to their other restaurants may notice subtle differences in the menu items’ names, but the awesome product stays true to the brand. The best thing on the menu is the Lounge Burger. Add Applewood Smoked Bacon and Smoked Cheddar to that grass-fed beef patty and you’ve got yourself a delicious old-fashioned burger in a hip contemporary setting. It’s your choice to add fries, rings, or half & half – just remember there’s more at the bottom and they’ll remind you. In fact, the staff seemed committed to being helpful when refilling water, craft sodas, or bringing over some house-made organic ketchup/BBQ sauce/ranch. Oh, and they’ve got some of the best milkshakes around. They’ve also got a limited time Bison Burger that may interest those who want something different. Though I came to the pre-opening, everything(food and service) during today’s dine was great, even for being officially open for less than a day! They’re still working on the wrap-around patio, but everything else is ready and Burger Lounge is open for business. So come and fix that gourmet burger & malt shake craving without having to drive down south anymore!
