I don’t even know what rating to give this place. The poor girl working here is the only one. She seriously needed help. Im not sure who owns this business but they need to rethink staffing.

The food is worth the wait. I had a panini. Mom had a crêpe wrap. Both were great. It’s not fast food.

Café Daniel is quite the hidden gem of old town Temecula. For those looking for a quick little get away and a change of pace from old town’s western feel, café Daniel does the trick! Between its mouth watering food, beyond friendly service, and just the right amount of hipster-like décor, you find yourself in another place and another time

Don’t expect good prosc6 in you sandwich! You get the cheaper version-ham type! It should be stated as such!

I had a Mediterranean crêpe for lunch and it was delicious. If you sit on the patio it’s very nice. Inside not so much. I think this place deserves a chance.

This is the second time we have tried to come to this place to eat crepes. While their food is good, they can’t seem to get their schedule together. According to this site, Unilocal, they close at 5:30PM but when we showed up they said it was 5. The previous time, they so called«ran out of crêpe stuff» is what we were told. It was also way empty with no customers. Also, way too early for them to close but that’s what they were doing. It seem they just wanted to leave early due to no customers. It’s a shame that this place is like this.

Very disappointed with this café. Atmosphere and customer service was fine. The actual coffee had no taste. It was awful. $ 15 for 2 cups of coffee that we didn’t drink and a soggy crêpe. We didn’t even bother asking for a refund. The 2 girls working there had a line out the door. It was very misleading.

First time having breakfast in Old Town Temecula. During my daughter’s time we took a detour(15 South was a mess) so decided to make it an Old Town day. We ordered the prosciutto Panini and the Breakfast Crêpe. The portions were large and the bread on the panini was scrumptious and delicious. I was told the dough for this bread come from NY. I have to believe because that was the flashback I was having while enjoying that panini. NY dough quality. Both plates were great with the panini taking the crown. The crêpe was good but maybe not exceptional since I have had some authentic French Crepes. That makes my judgement and grading a bit harsh. Overall will come back. Again panini A+, Crêpe, solid B. The Capuccino was good too. We will return if in town.

$ 27 for 2 crepes and 2 drinks(ice tea and lemonade) served on paper plates from Costco with plastic utensils. The table behind us had actual dinnerware and silverware. Not sure what that’s about. The 2 stars is for the really good ice tea and lemonade. Most of my crêpe went in the trash. Felt like a big waste of money, disappointing, cause I can’t afford to do that.

I love this place! Breakfast and lunch is delicious. I love the breakfast panini, the turkey sandwich is amazing and the sides are delicious too. Oh and I cannot forget the organic cantaloupe :) The coffee is pretty yummy as well. Definitely a place to go every time I’m in old town Temecula.

I came very hungry and was really feeling crepes that morning. I went in and it really is a pretty pricey place, i got a large drink and i was halfway done with it before the food came. The crepes looked pretty good but $ 9 for just strawberries seems pretty unreasonable, by the time i finished it felt like i just had an appetizer. Went to munch on something else afterwards, because i was still starving. One employee was really nice though, forgot her name.

I honestly would never recommend this place. As soon as we entered the place looked a mess. It’s so run down. Things are being held together with tape, the chairs are all ripped up and it’s tacky looking. We paid $ 25 for two panini sandwiches and thought that was a bit pricy for how torn down the location is. After waiting for about 20 mins for our order, shocking considering there was only one other person eating there, we finally got our food. The sandwiches themselves looked alright but what really upset me was that they were on paper plates that you can get at party city, along with the paper cups for drinks. You’d think with the money they make off the overpriced food they could afford some new furniture, a fresh paint job and maybe some real plates.

Great little coffee shop. Very nice ambience and great service. My family loved the crepes(veggi & breakfast) but the highlight was the BREAKFAST Panini, which was delicious. Lattes and cappuccino are a must!

I love the sugar & lemon crepes! Nice and cute place to have a coffee and a sweet crêpe. You can sit outside and enjoy the little old town. Food is fresh and healthy. I ordered the grilled cheese for my 5 year old, and I was impressed. I wish I can find this kid menu everywhere. Staff is super friendly! I love to sponsor local and great shops like this one.

Nice place. Great little couch I sat on with my boyfriend for a while when drinking our coffees. They were good(caramel maciatto) and a hot tea for me. The staff was friendly and although we didn’t have anything to eat they had a huge selection of crapes and other breakfast and lunch items that looked really good. Average price was 10 – 12 for those

How dare they advertise that they are dog friendly restaurant when they don’t even allow dogs? We came to café daniel from the recommnedation from hotel concierge. Big mistake! Review about over-priced and small portion is right. They claim that they are European café but their coffee and crêpe was joke! There are other cafes in the old town, try there.

This place is Awesome! I had a Black Forest crêpe and it was amazing. I ate it all and feel perfect, not to full. Had a iced caffe latte & it was a perfect pairing. Love the old coffee house feel.

Came out for lunch with my brother, and he wanted to check out Café Daniel since he had seen it on Unilocal. Place is located on the middle of Old Town Front St, but has very limited parking thats not that great. As I Walked into the Café I felt welcome, and cozy with the décor. Decided to go with the popular turkey piesto that is served with a small salad on the side. Overall the food was good, service was good, but parking is hard to find.
