This is an amazing breeder, very nice and forth coming about information on your puppies. I recently got two Coton de Tulears from Carlsbad cotons. They are so sweet and beautiful! These dogs are the cutest, softest, fluffiest thing on the planet! WHO EVER WROTE THAT ITS A PUPPY MILL IS LYING and has never gotten a dog from them. I went and picked up my sweet fur babies and it was a lovely clean house, not a puppy mill. These are purebred cotons, quality show dogs We got there full ancestry and all the info. Tweed was very kind and helpful. These are quality dogs, any vet that examines them can tell you that. You can tell when you pick up your pups that Tweed truly has a love for what he does and his puppies. My Eloise and Finley are amazing! Quality dogs is what our vet said. I only have positive things to say about our experience with Carlsbad Cotons, I would definitely get another Coton from them in the future.

I cannot understand the 2reviews that called Carlsbad Cotons a «puppy mill»…Absurd! They simply do not know what they are talking about and must be confused as to what business they are rating. I do not own one of their darling, well-​bred puppies YET… but I have been to one of the partners personal home to look at a puppy…& I will tell you that the home was an immaculate mansion! The puppies were loved, clean, & impeccably kept! The only reason I didn’t get the puppy is because I moved too slowly and someone else bought him in the meantime! So, reader beware… reviewers are not always scrupulous!

We got our Coton «Angel» now named Muffy only after carefully being allowed to be away from her mother at the appropriate time. It seemed like a long wait but well worth it! They were very adamant about her care, feeding habits and training. Which tells me how much these people love this breed. All of us who have a Coton always keep in touch by sending back current pictures too so we have become a family. Some people have even set up play dates. Muffy makes me laugh she was a perfect fit!

We love our Lucy! We waited for a black Coton female but they are rare so we went with a spotted Coton as recommended by Tweed and we just love her. Her temperament, her sweetness, her coloring, her features; all are spot, on we couldn’t be happier with our sweet Lucy
