Robert B. affected my Family and I in many ways and I hope this review is of use to buyers throughout their buying process to help identify potential risks when closing. This agent was very difficult to communicate with during the buying process all the way to the end. It made my experience a very bad one in many ways. For Example when I walked into my house for the fist time as a potential buyer the house was move in ready, after escrow closed the house was a disaster. My realtor, who was amazing, tried several times to contact the sellers agent Robert B to try and figure out what had happened and find a solution but had very little luck. When he finally returned our phone calls he insulted us with his recommendations! I also had a bad experience the first time I met him, he was pompous, arrogant, and downright disrespectful. He was rude to me until he knew I was the buyer! My point is please be aware of all the agents involved and make sure you know what you are getting into because once you sign it is very easy for an agent to take advantage of buyers who are inexperienced.

Chris Afable worked very hard to make sure my partner and I found the home of our dreams. He was in constant communication with us, and let us know what was going on in the process at all times. Chris ensured we gained access to homes as they came available, and made time to meet us while representing us so we never felt we were not supported. Chris made sure we were successful in obtaining the details we needed to make key decisions along with ensuring we understood our options. Great guy, with a big heart that gave us a very good experience during what normally is a very stressful process.
