Clean Tile and Carpet

This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment to have my tile cleaned but was then called back and canceled. They said they would call me back to reschedule but never did call me. So I called again to make another appointment but no one ever answers the phone and the mailbox is always full. I even tried faxing them to get them to call me back. Terrible company.

Terrible Company. They finally came and cleaned my carpet and the next day my carpets was still soiled. I asked them to come back to fix and then said they would, made arrange like 3 times and then they never showed up called or returned my calls. DO NOT USE THEM. I think this is a one man shop and does not know how to handle his business. Very very poor customer service.

So I called again to make another appointment. Taking the morning off of work I waited around. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I called the office to find out what happened. The phone went straight to voice mail repeatedly. I had to call back over and over again and just hope for someone to answer. Finally, when they did answer I was told that they don’t service my area anymore. But that they would give me a call at the end of the month if an appointment in my area came available. This made absolutely no sense, why would an appointment come available in my area if they don’t service my area. And if the decided they don’t want to come out to my house why couldn’t they have called me to cancel and actually tell me that. It was a waste of a half my day. I guess they wouldn’t have bothered to return any of my phone calls and I was just lucky when someone finally did pick up their phone. I never did get my tile cleaned. Don’t bother wasting your time dealing with these people. It is not worth the headache.

I purchased this through a groupon or amazon local deal but I can’t remember which one. The guy on the phone who I scheduled my appointment with was very nice and professional, but the guy that came to clean my carpet was two hours late. I asked him if he had a busy morning and he told me I was the first house he was coming to. So I’m not sure why he was that late. He was at my house for about 25 minutes and I do have a small one bedroom apartment but that was still pretty fast. After my carpet dried there were crusty spots like the soap had dried there or something. It didn’t look that much better and with the crusty spots that were left I was better off before they came. It wasn’t even worth the discount I got from the add.
