My 2016 Honda Accord sustained rear passenger side bumper & tail light damage. I was treated respectfully & professionally. I chose to receive text messages regarding the status of my car. I really appreciated this option & it was awesome to receive a daily text with the current status. The turnaround time was great. I picked up my car yesterday & not only did it look brand new again, it was nice & clean. Mark & his team did a great job. I hope not to have any future damage on my car, but if I do, I will definitely come back here again.

They did a great job on my Honda Accord. I took in it last year but have not had time to make a review. The car was damaged along the passenger side from front to back and dented in; however, it now looks like new! They did a terrific job and it looks new again.
I am getting ready to take a family member’s car in for accident repairs and will let you know how it turns out. So far, a five star rating!

I went to couple other auto shop stores, they gave me an estimate of 1200 dollars to repair my door. Then I went to Temecula Collision shop, they fixed it for me immediatly with no cost.
Mike was the guy who did the repair, very polite, proffesional and honest! They are the best in town!

The vehicles I have brought in here from car accidents looked great when work was completed. Too bad looks aren’t everything.
I have had a couple of great services here after car accidents, and I’ve had a couple of horrible experiences here. With that said I will not be returning here again.

Thank you Collision Center of Temecula. Once again you out did yourself on the repairs to my Scion. Nothing but professionalism from the moment I dropped my car off to the moment I picked it up. I appreciated how Mark called me once the adjuster did his inspection to keep me updated. I highly recommend this shop. They just did a unrelated repair a few months ago which was equally as wonderful. Not that I’m hoping for more damage to my vehicle but if it happens I’ll be back.

Excellent attention to detail and a flawless repair. Mark was great. Laid back and respectful staff that’s knowledgeable. Comfortable environment. Honest and straight to the point service. No BS. Brought in a rare vehicle and all the factory parts were obtained new. Was kept informed during the repair process. No corners cut. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

About a month ago the owner Chuck contacted me and expressed his remorse for such poor work. He offered a 100% refund on my cost, which I accepted.
I don’t usually do updates but I am making this my exception. I’ll upgrade to two stars solely on his refund. I cannot give any new opinion of the quality you’ll have to experience on your own. I would however highly recommend that you deal directly with him and not his minions.

Brought my 07 Lexus rx350 there when my bumper got smashed… They did an excellent job. Really clean work. The people I dealt with were really informative… Super nice and helpful. I would certainly recommend them if you need body work done. Very competitive pricing as well.

Had our car taken here after a major hit to the back. They did great work and the only reason I’m giving four stars is because the time they expected to have it done kept moving back little by little. They kept getting wrong parts, but then again it isn’t a common car so not sure if it was the supplier or the repair center. Afterwards we got the car back we had a couple little things here and there that were wrong, and they fixed immediately once we called back. Then again I think this would be the case with most spots for a 10k plus repair job, with all the plastic pieces that go into cars these days.

These guys are so sweet. Ken was excellent at communicating everything with me. My insurance suggested them and i’m so happy they did. I didn’t have to pay a cent out of pocket for damage done to my car. I hope i won’t need them in the future but if I do need a body shop this is the place I would be at.

My insurance company set me up with this repair shop. I had over 5k in body damages. Needless to say when the repairs where done it looked completely new! You couldn’t even tell that it was in an accident. The paint job was amazing.
It took about two weeks to fix but they continuously kept me updated and what the process was and why it was taking so much time. I have zero complaints. They even vacuumed my car. Which was a surprise to me. My car was pretty messy, so thank you CCT!!!
