Its expansive, the facility(rancho mirage location) is dirty and everything is falling apart. The chairs are super old and very uncomfortable, the tables were dipping in the middle making it more into a V shape. the tvs are lopsided and I was put in what seems like a tiny closet to watch my PALS videos. the facility ran out of ink, so they made us take a «lunch» before taking our test in order to have time to get ink and print out our cards. this was after being there for 3 hours, in which the had plenty of time to go get ink. I was forced to use this place to get PALS due to no other facility having a class that worked with my schedule. It will forever be my goal to use another place for any further certifications that my employment doesn’t offer. one more thing, no one every picks up the phone and or responded to any emails that I had sent.

I’ve been to dr rendon now twice for nrp. I work at a small hospital that doesn’t offer it but twice a year. It’s nice having a location to go to when those 2 years are up. The class is straight forward and taught well. There is time for questions and he answers well and nicely. The cost os 120 which is alright. Because of my work place I’ll continue to use his class until they start having more at work.

I have taken multiple courses at the Temecula location. My favorite class was ACLS taught by Dr. Rendon. He was easy to follow and made the course fun. I would like to see Dr. Rendon teach the other courses offered.

HORRIBLE!!! I purchased and scheduled the course very easily online. After the date did not work out, I attempted to reschedule for the online training course(WHICHYOUSTILLHAVETOGOIN for 2HOURS to participate in a SKILLSSECTION). NOONE returned my emails, helped me to reschedule, etc after MULTIPLEATTEMPTS and after they took my payment. My hospital required the certificate by a certain date, which caused me to be late in my application :(. I had to enroll in another course. I attempted to contact them AGAIN for a refund. I finally got a phone call back in which they said«NOREFUNDS». I unfortunately, had to call my credit card company. This had VERYPOOR customer service and seems like a fraudulent business. This is what company I ended up going with: (This course CANBEDONEALLONLINE) WOULDNOTRECOMMEND Dr. Rendon’s course. :(

What a wonderful experience we all had today with Dr. Redon. The class was well organized and very enjoyable. His thought process and method of teaching including the handouts were so well organized and thought out that I wish I had read the book after the lectures. He made the experience fun and everyone had not only an enjoyable time but learned the material in a complete fashion. Not only did I get certified but I will be able to bring what I have learned in the classrom into my work environment with ease and be able to remember it for a long time thanks to Dr. Redon.
