I have had the best experience as a customer. Every single detail and specifications that I asked for for my kitchen remodel was fabricated to perfection. I invested in a new kitchen and me and my family are now one of the many 100% satisfied loyal customers and will have all of our housing projects worked on by this company and their staff. Not to mention the customer service is an actual person and not an automated machine. Their management and Ceo of this company back their product with their Warrenty and stand by it 100 percent, unlike the companies that try to sell you Warranties that really don’t end up covering anything they said they would. Thanks Bobby and Kelly for renovating our kitchen and making it my wife’s dream kitchen.

I went to this store to get an idea of what to do with my bathroom. Kelly went over and above with helping me to come up with a design that fit within my budget. She was very patient with my indecisiveness and with her design skills she was able to take all my ideas and put them together to create the perfect bathroom for me. Thanks for the fantastic customer service, the kitchen will be next and we would not go anywhere else.

I work as a sub contractor for this company. I am amazed with there professionalism and unique ability to go the extra mile for there customers and employees. Ha! How professional… I NEVER once demanded free upgraded padding! In fact, I said I DIDN’T want a free handout and that my problem was how I was bring treated and blamed for this mistake! You give me a 1 star rating? Really? That’s OK. I don’t really care how you rate me.

We had our second floor painted and laminate floor installed by Flooring Showroom Home Design Center and both projects were done professionally. The workers did an excellent job. There were minor finishing touches that needs to be done and they took care of it. The Home Design Center knows how to make their customers happy. Good customer service. Everybody was very nice. We are very satisfied on both projects and happy to see it everyday. Beautiful!

My kitchen looks incredible, I had white builder grade tiles, Flooring Showroom Home Design Center removed the tiles, reinforced my existing cabinets and installed Gold Venetian Granite Counter tops in 2 days total, They installed a giant single tub stainless sink my kitchen is incredible now (My wife’s kitchen). They beat out Home Depot and Lowes prices. Chad was our adviser/​point of contact he is a really neat guy made us feel comfortable, Chad was in touch with us to make sure everything went smooth. Oscar was our installer, he has a tier 1 counter top skill set. They wanted us to be happy with the job and we are!
