I am extremely happy with this place. The owner, Kevin, is kind and honest. I’m the mom of 2 boys, ages 12 & 9. I purchased our first scooters from here a couple years ago. Since then every scooter and scooter part I’ve ever bought has been from here. We just purchased our 4th scooter from Friction. Every chance I get to refer other moms to Friction, I do! Even though I live less than a half mile away from a bigger scooter shop I prefer making the trip to Temecula. Don’t let the size of Friction fool you. Whatever you want Kevin can get, most of the time even next day.

First let me start by saying the customer services and attention to detail is outstanding. I was looking for a Felt zw4; and no other bike was willing to work with me. Until, I arrive at Friction Ride Shop. Not only did I purchase the bike at a amazing price, but it was an up grade from my original choice. Don’t let the small size of the shop fool you. He’ll get you what you want.

First I want to formal state Kevin is a exceptional business man. He provides outstanding customer services at a great price. I purchased a zw4 for myself and couldn’t be happier. He was the only Felt dealer willing to work with me. Keep up the great work friction :)

My 11yr old brought in his new scooter handle bars that were too big. The owner on the spot, cut them smaller to fit at no charge! Super nice owner, great service!
