My husband and I have used Grapevine Property Management since 2008. During that 7 year period, Scott and Kim diligently found qualified tenants for our rental property and sent us all the pertinent paperwork for our perusal. They ensured that our property was well maintained and directly deposited our rental checks on time every month. They kept in close contact with us and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or issues. We had piece of mind knowing that they would take care of our property and handle the tenant’s concerns. When there was a problem with something in the house, Kim would contact us right away for direction. We could be as involved as we wanted to be, or we could let Scott and Kim take care of everything, which we really enjoyed. When we decided to sell our rental property, we were so pleased with the work Scott and Kim did as professionals at their rental management company, we decided to use them as the listing agent. Our home sold quickly and we were sad that our relationship with Scott and Kim ended. The job they did managing our property and selling our home exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.

My wife and I contracted Grapevine towards the end of 2010. They handle all aspects of our property management, including overseeing 3rd party landscaping and pool maintenance vendors. It has been over 4 years and we now have an additional property they manage as well. We have had near zero occupancy down time, receive fair rent and they mitigate expenses and most importantly we have no landlord=tenant drama! We have referred them to others and all express gratitude. We live over 500 miles from our properties and we don’t know what we would do without them! I proudly endorse and recommend their services. This is the most unprofessional property management company I have ever worked with. My husband and I rented a home for over 3 years under the management under this company. They would ignore maintenance requests or either downplay issues with the home in order to not fix them. They are not honest or ethical! When it came time to move out they tried to discourage me from having a pre-move-out inspection. When I did not agree to it, they set a date and time but canceled after I was waiting for someone at the home over half an hour. This was so that they would conjure up something to not have to give us back our entire deposit, which I felt from the beginning. We followed their move-out list to the tee by having the carpet and home professionally cleaned according to their standards. I asked the property manager Scott approximately two weeks prior to us vacating the property about re-painting a room that we painted a different color after we moved in. I reminded him that when we got permission to paint the room I asked then if we would need to re-paint it when we moved and he said no because it would be time for the entire home to be re-painted. So, I wanted to confirm this information so that everyone would be on the same page. He said he probably needed to remind the owner and would call me back. Well, I never heard back from him. So, I thought if anything was different from what I was initially told he would address it at the pre-move-out inspection, however, he canceled on me. When we received our deposit check back it was less $ 250 due to re-painting the room. He then said in the comment section that we were told that, which was a lie. Please don’t rent from these unprofessional, unethical liars and please do not allow them to manage your property!
