Most certainly my favorite tattoo place by far. I’ve gotten 2 tattoos from Heather and will definitely be coming back in the future. She’s very friendly and does amazing work. I also like that she allows music of your choice while she’s doing your tattoo. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

I’ve gotten two tattoos and original artwork from Heather and could not be more pleased. She is a true artist first, and tattooing comes along with that artistic beauty that she brings to all of her work. I’ve been tattooed extensively, and she’s by far my favorite artist.

I came in Heathers gallery just to check it out and was so impressed that I decided to get a tattoo. Heather created an awesome piece and it came out amazing. Very professional and just a pleasure to deal with. Can’t wait for the next one.

She deserves so much more recognition and I have been there since the first month of this gallery opening and am so proud to see the gallery grow and thrive.
Not only is she professional, she is also incredibly friendly and can accommodate to any style you desire. She makes the impossible seem possible, all within a very friendly gallery with beautiful artwork and tattoos done in the back office.
She does this all on her own, which is incredibly admirable and I have always appreciated how much hard work is put into making sure each customer is satisfied. I always feel comfortable getting my tattoos done here and would recommend anyone to get tattoos done by her, especially if they are intimidated by local tattoo shops.
Heather Pilapil’s Gallery is truly unique and I will continue to get more tattoos done by her. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! She offers reasonable prices so you know you’ll want to be back for another visit.

Heather is absolutely fantastic! I have 4 tattoos and she has done 3 of them. The first one was by someone else, but since she did my second tattoo, I’ve been a regular! I have even brought two friends in to get tattoos, and they are still extremely satisfied with their pieces.
Heather serves her customers so well because she makes them feel welcomed and comfortable from the moment they walk in the door! She is a wonderful artist and creates lovely work, and she also is willing to get creative with you if you aren’t sure what you want. If you know exactly what you want, she’ll stick to it for you. She’s not out to change what you want on your body (unless you want her to), and I think that’s a great quality to find in a tattoo artist!
The paperwork you have to fill out is also very specific, which is good for people who are new to tattoos or who already have a few: there are no surprises. Her aftercare directions are extremely specific as well, and I can credit those instructions for not having any post-​inked issues (like infections). If anyone is wondering, she uses disposable needles, too!
I would recommend her to anyone who would is looking for great local artist!
P. S.: Since her shop is a gallery, she also has tons of artwork on the walls for sale. It’s often switched to different artwork, so every time you go in, it looks different! Way cool!

Amazing. Simply amazing. Heather’s shop is extremely clean. She uses disposable needles (packets are opened in front of you). I sent her a picypture of what I wanted and described a few extra embellishments. She came up with the exact design. We worked on colors together. Heather has a great eye. And it didn’t hurt. She estimated 2 ½ hours, and that’s where it came in. I am so happy I went to her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

She is extremely professional, yet friendly and personable. She worked on me for 5 hours straight, and the time just flew by! I absolutely love the process of how she does things during the consultation, and all the way through leading up to getting the actual tattoo.
She is very thorough and clean. I love how patient she is, and how she is client centered; she really strives to make you happy, and do exactly what you want. That is so refreshing because so many tattoo artists try to push their ideas of what they want to do on you– even though it will be on your body forever.
She also uses disposable needles, which I think is a great comfort to know that it’s a fresh needle that has not been used on someone else before. Heather has her own shop, which is cool because it is nice, quiet, and provides good privacy.
She did exactly what I wanted, and I am extremely pleased with her work. Heather works quickly without compromising the quality of her work. I will be returning to get more work done with her. I’m so excited to give her some more of my tattoo ideas. My mom is going to schedule a consultation with her too. I’m seriously going to refer all of my family and friends to her because she is awesome!
In my opinion, Heather is the best tattoo artist in the Inland Empire, hands down.

I JUST got home from Heather’s after getting my first tattoo and I just had to write a review for her. Even though I don’t have that much experience with tattoo shops, Heather will be the one and only artist I will be recommending from now on. She is an absolutely amazing artist with the most beautiful personality and she will make you feel at ease in no time.
From the moment I set foot into her gallery, Heather greeted me with a friendly smile and we talked for an hour so that she could make sure that the design I had in my mind was exactly the way it was on her computer so that it was the perfect way I wanted it. She quoted me 3 to 3.5 hours and gave me a super reasonable price. I made an appointment for the following day.
When I went in for my tattoo, after doing some paper work I went into the back room where she does the actual tattooing. The room is super clean and had a homey feel that made me instantly comfortable. While Heather was getting ready, she chatted with me, turned on music and just made me feel so at home with her. During the entire time I was getting tattooed she made sure I was feeling ok, chatted with me about everything and truly treated me like a friend rather than the client. I didn’t feel the pain or any discomfort at all.
Honestly, time flew and before I knew it, my tattoo was finished. It ended up taking only 1hr 45min and she gave me 10% off for it being my first tattoo, plus the Unilocal deal. I absolutely love, love, LOVE my tattoo and her art work and I can promise you that I’ll be back soon for another.

I got my first tattoo here and Heather did an amazing job. She was really friendly and professional in helping me decide exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail is great. I got a script anklet and the writing is really clean and sharp even though it’s small.

Definitely a unique shop and that is why I choose this location and will continue to get work done here.
Heather is an artist and supports local artists, the studio is also an art studio. She is the only tattoo artist here which means everything is one on one and personal. This was not only my first tattoo but a quick walk in and I didn’t even have room to be nervous or scared because I felt so at home. Everything was explained and I watched her OCD of having things clean and perfect lol in the most comforting way.

Truly a 5 star place. I try to be very unbiased in my reviews so I can help future customers. But Heather was a joy to work with. She made me feel super comfortable. From the beginning when she was making my sketch, she basically told me to nit pick and encouraged me to not settle until it was perfection. When the day came to do the actual tattoo, she had super high standards for cleanliness. She uses disposable tattooing equipment. She never reuses anything on different customers, which made me feel super safe and in good hands! And of course her actual artwork was superb. Some of the best customer service I have EVER had ANYWHERE. Thank you Heather!

I have tons of tattoos and this by far was the best experience. Quiet little place near Winchester road, Heather the owner was both friendly and immensely talented. I gave a her a picture and she molded it into something better and actually made my tattoo idea better. She gave me a different idea on placement and I couldn’t be happier. Tattoos are done in a private area so you don’t have anyone watching you. Was a completely enjoyable experience and will definitely be going back. Bringing my friends too!!!

Heather is just the best! She really knows how to make you feel relaxed and at home! She even lets you pick your own music play list to hear while your getting work done! Her shop is so unique and I cant wait to get more work done by her. Never going to anyone else!

My wife and I came in to get UV tatts on our knuckles. Heather was so professional, friendly and even though it was her first UV tattoos, she did an amazing job. I plan on returning for all my tattoo work.
Her place of business is extremely clean, comfortable, and unassuming. Most tattoo shops insist upon themselves. Not her’s! TOP NOTCH!

Heather is absolutely amazing! She has a natural gift for art and it pours out of her. Her pieces are incredible! She is super clean and sterile. She takes her time and makes you feel completely comfortable. She makes sure that you are 100% happy. I cannot wait to get my next piece done. Heather is a great tattoo artist! I went here to get a tattoo done a few weeks ago and her space is really cool and unique. It serves as an art gallery in the front and a tattoo shop in the back, which is really awesome. Heather did a wonderful job on my tattoo and paid very close attention to detail when working on my tattoo and doing touch ups at the end. You can tell she’s passionate about her work.
During the session we got to chat and she’s very personable and friendly, not pretentious or egotistical as many other tattoo artists are in the area. Sometimes going to a tattoo shop can be intimidating, but Heather is very welcoming and provided a great experience for me. I’ll definitely be going back in the future to get work done and also to check out her artwork. Speaking of which, after my session I browsed the gallery and Heather took the time to explain and showcase her artwork to me, which was absolutely amazing! If you’re looking to buy art for your home, I’d definitely recommend her for that too.
If you go to Heather for tattoo work you won’t be disappointed! I HIGHLY recommend.
