I own five retail businesses in town
And never treated any customer bad
But no worries I see thousands of ppl
Every week I’ll make sure to tell every
One of them not to go to your establishment.

I was there the night the people complained about the trash into the dumpster, The manager handeled as he should have since it was beer bottle and cans that they had been drinking in the parking lot. Good job manager

Employe’s are so rude! Pulled up to HS and went to go throw away trash at the dumpster. The minute I get there some man comes out and yells at me for throwing away trash. He was so rude to us and I’m assuming he’s the owner or manager. NEVER GOING BACK! Don’t waist your time. Go to uptown tavern instead

This place needs to be shut down due to the workers. Poor poor service on the manager’s part! In the middle of a serious pool game, he walked up and pushed all our balls in the holes because he claimed we didn’t pay for the game; when in fact, we did. My friends and I were regulars here and have spent a lot of money here. I was appalled by his customer service skills. He was BEYOND rude! Never going back!

Honestly the service was completely terrible. I would understand if it was busy, but it was almost empty and we still received horrible service. First of all, we got overcharged because they «just changed their promotion» and honestly it would’ve been nice if they told us or informed us. Instead we just continued playing and got charged double than we expected. Instead of charging extra without us knowing, we should’ve been informed that the worker was going to overcharge us. Never going to come back here

First of all, they changed their policy last minute and changed their prices. The owner was rude and overcharged us. He charged us for an extra table and claimed that we were breaking the rules when none of us knew what the rules were.

Walked in and the owner stood up and yanked the soda out of my hand. Wasn’t even in the place for more than 30 seconds. At first I thought he was joking, but he definitely wasn’t. I apparently read the sign wrong about bringing «outside drinks» in. This old fart is grumpy and disrespectful. It was a fucking soda that he could have nicely asked me to throw away. I would eat my own feces before returning to this place again. This guy will eventually go out of business

went on a saturday night with a few friends. the gal behind the counter was super sweet and explained the rates & rules to us. i like that they charge by the minute, so if you don’t stay a full hour you’re not charged for it. decent bottled beer selection. nice tables, decent sticks. will definitely be back soon!

Came in on a Friday night around 10, it was busy but there were still 2 tables open. The girls behind the counter were very friendly, got us our drinks & explained the hourly pay system, directed us to a table. We stayed until almost 1am, had a great time. It is definitely NOT fancy, but it’s a pool hall– there’s plenty of tables, a juke box, a small patio for smoking, and bottled alcoholic beverages (no hard liquor). I saw another reviewer that said it was a «boring atmosphere» lol, well they must’ve gone with boring friends. We had a great, laid back night with plenty of beers and laughs. If you’re looking for something upscale or more like a night club, this definitely isn’t the place for you. Maybe people are mislead by the name «High Society» :) But for a pool hall it was exactly what I expected and we’ll definitely be back.

Workers are still rude! I don’t understand. This is NOT how to run an establishment. What is going on with the manager or whatever he is??? At least, PRETEND to be polite. Someone talk to this guy, approach him, and set him right. To the OWNER, he is driving customers away! Other friends (and their friends –future customers) feel the same AND the word is spreading!!! Never coming back…
Frankly, workers are either racist, sexist, and/​or against non regulars.

Nice spot for playing pool with friends. They have quarters tables and regulation size tables as well. Even with most tables occupied, there’s plenty of space and you don’t have to worry about bumping into other players. Smoke free, does it doesn’t smell like garbage.

Just had a bachelor party here. Was very appreciative of the service all around. Checked out the place during the day (to make sure my guys and I wouldn’t get shanked if we came at night) and was greeted and given a very friendly walk through of how the place worked. Later that night we had tons of fun drinking great beers and playing on their full sized tables. Played from around 9 til 1 and rented a full size hourly table and paid for about 7 drinks. Walked out of there under $ 40 with the Unilocal check in deal. Can’t beat it. We all had fun. Chill atmosphere. No idiots, although I’m sure there are those who show up. Was a very relaxed place, just for folks looking to have some old time fun. Thanks high society!

Agreed with another reviewer. Manager has poor people skills. I brought a bottled water in and was asked to leave it outside. And there’s a sign on the wall. I understand that they sell bottled alcohol here. So I get the no outside drinks.
But the table next to use had outside pizza and food with them. But he made it a point to tell me no water?
I won’t be coming back. Plenty of pool halls to go to.

i could go into how their beer is ‘overpriced’. but what bar isn’t? if that’s your problem, pre-​game it and drink before you get there…
i could say i’ve suffered through some real crappy music, but hey. fork up the $.50 and pick something yourself.
it’s not a hang-​out spot. it’s place where you go to play pool.

open late, which i love. if i can’t sleep for some reason or have somethin on my mind, i’ll go shoot for a couple hours till 1−2am.
$ 9 an hour (by the minute). go with a buddy and split up the game. or make the loser pay! haha
