I’ve tried to make two separate appointments with iClinic, first one was canceled and asked me to move it up a few hours later due to the technician running a bit late, so I reschedule a few days later. The appointment day comes around I try to call two hours before to confirm if its still set and active an I get no response from them. Terrible customer service and doesn’t abide by their own appointment rules. If you can’t do walk ins and only appointments especially if those don’t even follow through how are you supposed to get any service? There isn’t even an address on their website.
