Ironclad Moving Systems

Two very hard working guys came to move us… they did the work of 4 guys! It took 9 hours total from start to finish. They made sure to wrap fragile furniture, glass shelves and a few antique pieces… and they all arrived at our new house undamaged. And to top it off, these guys worked almost non-​stop with a short break in 100+ degree weather that day! I would highly recommend this company. Only a word of caution… make sure you take all jewelry and loose items out of dresser drawers, etc. They turned our rather large dresser on it’s side so that it fit in the truck. They did forewarn my husband they would do this… but we had a lack of communication and I wasn’t made aware of the plan! So drawers full of jewelry, socks and other contents were completely thrown haphazardly throughout the dresser. Drawers were wrapped, but I’m still trying to find earrings that were thrown out of their boxes. At the end of the day, Ironclad came through. They reassembled our furniture and made sure everything was placed where we wanted it.

Cody, Frank, Chris and Steve moved us from OC to Menifee and did a superior job. Not only were they very professional, fast and knowledgeable, they were thoughtful, polite and accommodating. Each gentleman was a pleasure to meet. There is NO WAY we could have accomplished what they did in one day. It would have taken us a week at best. We highly recommend them!

Beware! I don’t know who wrote these good reviews of them but they must’ve been their friends and employees. Because in reality these people are crooks and liars they made my move a total nightmare!

From Los Angeles to Sedona in 24 hrs with nothing broken. 2 guys, one truck, total professional service, and done very quickly and carefully. Steve W. carried a whole mattress by himself… whoa! Great service, super reasonable.

Cody and Brandon showed up when they were suppose to be there, carefully assessed our needs, disassembled, wrapped and carefully packed the large items, expertly and carefully packed the shipping trailer and were finished before we knew it.

We had two guys who did the work of four. They showed up on time. They took the tour of the house to make sure they took the right things, prepped the house perfectly (not a scratch on any doorjam or floor), gave polite recommendations, and even offered to help box stuff up if we needed it!
If i weren’t moving away, i’d use these guys again. highly recommended!!!

Please — BUYER BEWARE!
Ironclad Moving moved my home in October 2015 (I’ve been waiting to hear back from them before writing this, but I haven’t gotten an answer). It was just a bad experience from start and is still going.
— there was no quote in person — it was over the phone.
— most of our items were still boxed in the garage and/​or storage from our move in June.
— the move was only 5 miles.
— most of my furniture didn’t survive after the movers touched it — multiple pieces were damaged beyond repair.
— we have two sets of bunk beds that needed be taken apart and put back together. One was never finished — my husband and I took what was put together and discovered that many of the screws had been put in the wrong places (not to mention that many had been left over). The other bed was VERY wobbly and had fallen apart many times since our move. I spent the better part of a day taking apart the bed and putting it back together. Not only is the bed stable, the correct screws are in the correct spots.
— Casey came to my home to inspect the furniture and agreed that it was their fault and told me that he wanted to make sure that they were my only option for a moving company. He sent out a furniture repair person (who did a decent job), but couldn’t repair all items because it was beyond repair.
— multiple follow-​up emails/​texts with Casey, who then didn’t respond.
— started getting replies from Raul who is supposed to take care of the customer when something goes wrong, but hasn’t.
So, six months after my move I am still trying to figure out what is going to happen with the furniture that is not able to be fixed.
Please don’t let my bad experience be yours! Use someone else!

They say the lowest quote isn’t always the best quote, this definitely DOES NOT apply when it comes to Ironclad Moving Systems! I set an appointment with Jim for a quote, he showed up on time, gave a great presentation of the company, I immediately felt at ease with him, plus he gave me a great quote. I had to move my moving date a couple of times, Jim was very accommodating, he simply said «no problem». The day of the move, Michael, Jian and Cody showed up early, they took a tour of the job and got right to work, clearly they had eaten there Wheaties that morning! These 3 guys busted there butts, all the while seeming to have a great time, they obviously love what they do! Michael and Jian moved the heaviest items down the stairs with the greatest of ease, I was awestruck watching them work. Cody loaded the MANY boxes and misc. items from the garage. They emptied the house in a hurry, only to find they couldn’t fit it all on the truck. They needed to make 2 trips but when they came back, they took EVERYTHING, even things I had planned to move myself, these guys are awesome! When they got back to our new house with the second load, they emptied the truck with lightening speed! When it came time to pay the bill, I discovered they had, despite making 2 trips, finished faster than the time quoted. Five stars isn’t enough for this company. I highly recommend to request this team when scheduling your move, you won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend using Ironclad movers. I recently made a major move from Murrieta to Southern Oregon. I had Mike, Jian and Cody for 4 days. These three professionals were the hardest working, fast and efficient team of movers that one could possibly hope for. Their ability to efficiently pack two 28′ long trailers from floor to ceiling was like magic. I was astonished with how fast they worked and with the care they took to make sure everything was secure and safe. The money spent for such a high caliber of service is worth every penny. We also had them move an entire storage unit of furniture into a local home for a family member as well. They rearranged everything in the garage so that more storage was available there as well. These guys are the best. The office staff was also very professional and easy to work with. My highest recommendation for this company.

I just wanted to thank Mike F and Mark for all of their amazing help today in a what could have been a disaster move. They were both patient and kind with my mom who was not ready for the move when they showed up. I think they helped all of us get through what could have been a challenging day with a sense of humor and ton of patience. Would use iron clad and them again without second thought.

This company recently moved me from one house in Idyllwild to another one. I had done most of the packing, but not all. Can not say enough about Mike and Chris who were wonderful — professional, helpful and polite. They made everything come together. They were a great team

We had Cody F. Steve W. Mike B. Show up promptly. They did a great job. They were courteous friendly fast and efficient. They made the move from Illinois less stressful. They put together all the furniture and cheerfully moved items to different locations in the house. Thank you guys! Great job!

I used Iron Clad Moving to help move my family from Huntington Beach to Murrieta on 2÷2÷16. They were awesome! Jim was great about coming out and doing the appraisal and getting us a fast and fair quote. Sharon called the day before confirming everything. And Cody and Jian and 1 other guy came with the truck and knocked it out fast. The guys were professional and extremely efficient. They even managed to do the move faster than the initial appraisal which saved me some money! Would definitely recommend their services. They made moving as easy as it can be.

Our company used Ironclad and they were awesome. I can’t say enough good things about them. We called them with a weeks notice to move and they were able to come out the next day to give us a quote. Jim was great very professional. On moving day the guys were there on time and went above and beyond to get us moved in the time frame they quoted us. The move went smooth no issues at all. They set up our furniture and everything looked great. I have since called them to transport a few items to Irvine and to our storage again received the same great service. Thank you Jim, Chris, Dillon, Steve and Raul. If I left anyone out I’m sorry but they all were great!!!

The guys that came to move us were very nice, polite young men. They worked quickly, and they worked hard. When we arrived at the new place we were disappointed to find three big planters, a lamp and a cabinet handle broken. The guys response was oops, sorry. Okay so I called the office the next day and that’s why they are getting a two stars review from me. I made sure to say positive things about the guys. I believe it was Justin who I spoke with and he was not very interested in my reporting that these things were broken. He said I could take pictures but he could not stay on the phone with me anymore because «he had missed three calls while he was listening to me.» I had talked to him for perhaps five minutes. I knew then that I was getting no where with them fixing what their company had broken. Disappointing…

I e-​mailed Irconclad Moving Systems to get a written quote on June 15^th. I used the e-​mail address that was listed on their website. I never received a response.
On July 8^th I received a voicemail from someone named Vicky asking if I still required moving services. There was no apology for having never responded to my initial inquiry or any mention of it at all.
My move date was July 10^th and I had already made other arrangements at that point. Maybe they’re a good moving company, maybe they’re not. I’ll never know because they don’t respond to inquiries regarding their services.

I left a message with Vickie, who said Justin or Steve would call me back. That was three days ago, and no call. Very unprofessional. They are off my list!
