I have been going to the JC Penny salon for a couple years now. I appreciate the service. I can always call ahead and get in fairly quick. I have always had good experiences here. The price for a men’s cut is more than reasonable. I would recommend to anybody.

Got the worst haircut I have ever had!!! Uneven and so short it sticks up everywhere. Cut down to my scalp in spots! Can’t even style my hair. Looks like it was cut by a two year old. Should be zero «stars»

Ugh! Go elsewhere! I took my 5 year old daughter here for a SIMPLE cut. Basically take 4 inches off… that’s it, she has perfectly straight hair — no brainer, right… apparently not. Her hair was completely uneven, I pointed it out during the cut several times and every time he «fixed» it it got worse. I called the next day to complain only to find out that we had to go back to the same stylist to have it fixed. Fine, we go back explain yet again that the cut is uneven and the stylist makes my 5 year old daughter stand for 45 minutes while he attempted to cut a straight line across the back of her hair and honestly it’s still uneven but I couldn’t make my daughter endure anymore of this ridiculousness so we left. Unacceptable. We will NEVER go back.

I guess every salon you go to can have a few duds, but I just gotta say, DENISE is the best! She does an awesome job! My color looks great and my haircut is just how I wanted it. Thanks Denise! See you next month!

Crap service. Go somewhere else. The lady tried to upgrade the stylist even though we didnt want it. Oh and made us pay for it.

I will never take my son here again! Went here to do the free haircut for kids last week. We get there and the stylist starts working on my sons hair and my son starts crying and complaining that she is hurting him. The stylist decides to quit and tells me she can no longer keep cutting his hair. We walk out with a half done haircut. Never did the stylist check her tools to make sure they were working properly and might be the reason for my son to be in pain. She didn’t even bother getting a manager first before she decided to send us away. Keep away!
