I’m a big fan of Joint Medical. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain from sports injuries. They have given me SERIOUS pain relief through massage and chiropractic adjustments. The office has a relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff. My wife and I have both benefited from their professional, caring offices for over 5 years. During this time I have NEVER had any kind of bad experience. None. They care. They’re down to earth. They’ve actually become kind of like family. They show a genuine interest in us. If you’re on the fence about where you should go for chiropractic – Go here. You’ll be glad you did.

Thanks to my neighbor, I first learned about Joint Medical in Temecula in January 2014. At that time, I could barely walk once something«snapped» in my back late December 2013. Since that time I have utilized their services for back, neck, and tendinitis issues. My neighbor saw them for shoulder issues(again is how I gratefully learned of Joint Medical) I have also visited the Vista office twice. They focus on sports medicine, physical medicine, rehab exercises, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and electro-diagnostics. I have recommended Joint Medical to anyone I know looking for a fantastic Tricare provider. If they work with your insurance I recommend them for the following reasons: Front desk — always have really personable, caring people who are always willing to do whatever it takes to help you, or their colleagues. I’ve never had any administrative or insurance issues or glitches. Physical therapists — everyone I have worked with has their own bedside manner; however they’re all laid back, have a sense of humor, are knowledgeable, informative, are great at keeping multiple patients on track at a time, which is an art at times, and genuinely kind-hearted people who appear to truly like what they do and who they work with. Massage therapists — this is an area that can be more of a personal preference; however considering its a ten minute massage to focus on the key areas of your therapy, it’s all about you being aware of how you’re feeling so they can assess the best way to spend that undivided attention with you in that ten minutes. Each massage therapist has his/her own strengths. I can’t say I have a favorite. I always benefit from their skills. It’s always my favorite part of therapy. Chiropractor — I know everyone isn’t comfortable with adjustments. I for one have benefitted from them for decades. I will say, Dr. Potvin is my fav because he can always gets certain areas in my spine and hips where many other professionals have not. Child care — this is s HUGE selling point for me. Not only does this added service(at no additional cost) prevent me from missing appointments due to my kiddos’(school) schedules, the caregivers my kids have interacted with are wonderful. I’ve only utilized child care at the Temecula office. The three people my kids have been watched by over the past 18 months have all been great at managing multiple children, multiple ages, and varying degrees of angst when mommy/daddy steps away for their treatment. My kids always are excited to go to PT with me. The office and location is basic, clean, no frills. There is music playing, a TV on, and of course all the various tools and equipment needed for their services. They sell a few products, but never push them. In fact you’d likely never know they sell things like biofreeze, pillows, or orthotics. The team is knowledgeable, helpful, and have compassion and a sense of humor. There is a visible sense of camaraderie and a laid back atmosphere that could put any patient at ease. They do great work individually and collectively.
