Their«$ 5 fill up» was $ 5.95…unlike other store around. The 3 piece tenders were from a pigeon, not a chicken… disappointing for sure. Drive through with 3 cars in front took 15 minutes. Why should I go back? I won’t.

This location almost always forgets something you’ve ordered. This time it was biscuits, last time it was a different side and before that it was a whole meal. The food tastes alright when you actually get it all.

If you go here check your food make sure your order is right and make sure they give you your drink cuz they will forget and the food is always cold!!! People have been reporting to get food poisoning from here! Eat at your own risk..

Picked up some take out from here for the family. Only my Hubby and the family dog ate the corn. Both of them have been violently ill for the last 24 hours. To make a dog sick who can eat off the floor or the occasional treat from the cat box. It had to be bad. Wash your hands employees! Barf. We won’t be back!

We purchased a Family Meal with some extras… When we got home, we noticed our order was wrong. We were missing one item as well as items were not correct that we ordered. I immediately returned to speak to shift mgr Peter and asked him to fix my order… when he walked away from me, i saw him and employee Maria make mean weird faces towards each other(mocking me) and they were whisperng and laughing as maria looked back at me., i got upset and then started raising my voice telling them to stop… they were rude in addition to giving me a wrong order. As Peter gave me my new items, he then failed to give me back my receipt. The entire experience was embaressing as well as made me very very angry. No credit was offered, only mean nasty faces… not good service whatsoever. Definately the worst experience Ive had at KFC.

I got a 8 pc bucket, extra crispy — what did I receive, a soggy 6 pc extra greasy with no meat. It was the worst. Not sure why it’s so bad here, I been to a few KFC’s all good, this one is off. something isn’t right here

Went through the drive thru, paid over $ 10 for 3 pieces of chicken, some potatoes and a biscuit for my father. Got home and a piece is missing, I called the store and they offered 2 breasts next time we come in but we decided to go back about 20 minutes later because he wanted it now. They said it was 30 minutes for the chicken, we go and wait in the car and when we go back in 32 minutes later, they said they forgot to put it aside for us and that it would be another 15 minutes. 25 minutes later we’re still waiting for the chicken. They threw in a free cake and an extra piece but so much for it being«fast food». Seriously wasted 2 hours for chicken, next time we’re just going to vons.

I swear if I could rate this place nothing I would, horrible ! I got the 5 dollar box with chicken strips and everything in that box was cold. I probably won’t go back. I’d rather drive to murrieta for some fresh Popeyes

The chicken was terrible. I bought a bucket and it was greasy and soggy. Saw the commercial and headed straight over to get some and was so disappointed

I like KFC, but this one isn’t managed quite as well as the ones I’m used to visiting. I’ve come in for an early lunch and there are no lids for the cups, the tops of the condiment bottles are dirty with caked on sauce. With a direct view of the kitchen from the counter the kitchen seems to be unkept.

Drive through service was bad. Poor customer service. Short answers not willing to explain.

When I first registered with Unilocal I did not have any intentions on leaving bad reviews, instead I wanted to share with everyone some of my favorite places. Unfortunately last night I had one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. My family and I decided to have KFC, because of the grilled chicken they have, something different than what we usually have. When we got home we noticed they did not give us our order through the drive through, it was someone else’s but by that time we were hungry and didn’t feel like driving all the way back to KFC so we decided to take a chance, boy was that a mistake. The order had a bucket filled with extra crispy chicken, when we bit into it there was very little chicken, but plenty of grease and whatever they coat the chicken with, excessive even by KFC standards. We ended up throwing away the whole thing. Long story short dinner ruined!

I like KFC and I like their pricing. Their chicken is pretty much a «standard» for Standard Fried Chicken in my book. Their mashed potatoes are great… the texture is so awesome and it’s probably the gravy that puts it over the top. The mac and cheese is awesome and they probably have the best mac n’ cheese in the fast food game. Their biscuits and honey are always bomb. I got the fried chicken and the grilled chicken. When I got home, everything was soggy. My fried chicken AND my grilled chicken. Weird, right? Very not appetizing. …and that’s why I think Popeye’s is better. The chicken is ALWAYS good and crispy and even better — tastes better. KFC is my «chicken should at the very least be this good» standard while Popeye’s is my «going above and beyond regular chicken» standard. Makes all the difference.

When I first got there, the lady at the register(Michelle I think) took forever to take the order in if the people in front of us. Once i finally got to the register, I ordered a combo of chicken with Mac and cheese(also included a drink). She didn’t give me a drink so just assumed the combo didn’t include a drink until I checked the receipt. Went back and got it. After that, when I finally got the food and went back to my house, they have me the wrong side! I honestly don’t know why this place is still open. Manager– DOSOMETHING!

driving home from camping… headed through Temecula… saw a Long John Silvers! what? they still exist? i had to have it! made a U turn and headed back. so this is a LJ/KFC…ok… we ordered a big family meal with 8 pieces of fish(we could have mixed and matched with chicken… but didn’t) and a side of mac n cheese and a side of mashed potatoes and 8 big hush puppies! it wasn’t the same as i remember… the fish was a weird diamond shape… not the filet’s i remember from childhood… the hushpuppies still rocked(i think they are bigger now) the sides were KFC sides… the people working the drive through weren’t the brightest folks… but they tried =) wish i had gone to in n out.

Been to this KFC maybe a dozen times. Never had consistent experience here. Out of the dozen times I’ve been here, I only had perfect fried chicken once. On one occasion, the chicken was so soggy, none of the coating stayed on the chicken. There were even pink juice running from the thighs. I even opened the cover to the bucket on my 2 min drive home. I then called the manager, and told him that the chicken was inedible and was told that I should have opened the top to t he bucket and that the only thing they could do is exchange out the uneaten chicken. Why would I want another batch of soggy bloody chicken? No apologies or credit for my purchase. If I could, I would give negative rating for the fact that I could have gotten food poison.

This KFC is also a Long John Silver that barely carries any Long John Silver items. I went here around 6 p.m. tonight and even though the menu shows LJS chicken, they no longer serve it. Don’t ask for breadsticks instead of hush puppies, because they don’t serve those. Don’t ask for fries because they don’t have those, they only have potato wedges. The fish was soooo greasy that the grease ran down the side of our mouths as we bit into it. And for goodness sake, don’t get the apple turnovers because they sat under the heat lamp so long the apples dried up. Oh, and I almost forgot, the LJS family meals come in a KFC bucket regardless of what you order, which means soggy, greasy, stuck together fish.

The staff are fantastic, the chicken is greezzzzy. I always go with the grilled selections. It’s no el pollo loco but sometimes I just want some southern fried chicken n biscuits. I appreciate the quick service and the restrooms are nice.

I’ve been to this KFC five times and have yet to have a decent experience. The other day some teenage employee begged me to change my order to extra crispy after I had ordered original. This was at the window already. He said«it’ll be like ten minutes» I said I had time, he continued to whine saying they were all backed up. There was one car behind me and all I ordered was a twelve piece boneless original recipe. I HATE extra crispy, it’s garbage. So then after asking me to order something else for like five minutes, he said he would throw in an extra mashed potatoes for my troubles. I literally said«fine just let me get outta here». He comes back and speedily hands me the bag, as if to imply he was rushing around. Then I pull up and check the bag and instead of potatoes he gave me an apple pie thing? Dont get me wrong I love apple pie but those are terrible. So in conclusion I paid 18.86 and didn’t even get the chicken I wanted. It’s unfortunate that the Temecula area is limited to one poorly functioning KFC. I recently moved here and the line at the KFC back in the south bay is somewhat similar to an In-N-Out drive thru line; packed. This one on HWY79 seemed barren, yet still too«busy» to get me the right chicken!

Looks like Parkway Deli in the Pechanga food court got replaced by this KFC-like establishment. As in the rest of the food court offerings, the food is a bit pricey($ 5.95 for a leg and thigh combo, not including a drink), and the side dishes leave a lot to be desired(mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw… and that’s it). At least the chicken isn’t that bad — no grilled option, though — and while the biscuits aren’t up to par with KFC or Popeye’s, they’re a bit better with some butter. Too bad you have to get in the same line as Pronto Italiano(which Pechanga Fried Chicken shares space with), which can lead to some confusion.
