James (John’s son) and his crew just finished attending to our 40 Trees on our property. They showed up when scheduled. Had ample manpower and machine power to get the job done in record time. Their rates were very competitive for just getting the trees trimmed. In our case we had numerous issues with pests and various damage to many of our tree’s. The total difference of their approach vs «tree Trimmers» that we have used in the past, was that each tree was individually looked at and given a specific course of action. This was not the boiler plate «whack» job that we have always experienced. Their knowledge of species, pests, and remedial approaches was amazing. Can’t say enough of how impressed we are. They are our go to «treepeeps»! Just in case anyone wonders, we never met them until the day they arrived to bid on our job. Thank you James and John

These guys were great. I had three trees to get rid of and they were quick with a quote and quick with the work. Did everything EXACTLY as we discussed and I could not have been happier… I called around, a lot. and I would use them again in a heart beat! Save your time, call them first. I’ve used Laan’s a few times to remove or trim trees and have been very happy. John the owner himself has always come for the quote and to supervise/​assist with the job. He’s honest and trustworthy, rates are reasonable and he and his workers do good work, right down to cleaning everything up completely. Sometimes they even clean up other debris I have lying around. I’ve used other tree services and think Laan’s is the best.
