Dr Lam is fine but his medical staff in the front office will give your private information to whoever calls

I’ve been a patient for years and highly recommend Dr. Lam’ office to anyone ad a primary care physician.
Both Dr. Lam and Veronika are very knowledgeable in several disaplines but won’t fight you on a referral to a specialist if you have an HMO.
The office staff is awesome. They are prompt about returning calls and following up on visits. Alex is an awesome advocate with any difficult insurance company (like mine).
If you have choice with your primary care there is none better in the area.
