Close to closing, but was still offered assistance… once I had a bundle of clothes in hand en rt to the register. Then again, I hate be hounded by sales reps and maybe that’s their method of operation.
Very impressed with selection, sale, and cleanliness of the store. Otherwise, I’m definitely a new customer and will be a returning patron of the store/​brand!

My mom loves shopping here, and sometimes I do too since they can have some pretty good sales and good looking clothes. On my visit on Sunday, the store was very clean, organized and the staff was welcoming. They greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. They weren’t bothering at all. Their dressing rooms are actually really clean, rarely do I find clothes from other customers in there.

This location totally made me a fan of LOFT!
Prior to moving to Temecula, my clothing quality wasn’t too great even though I lived in Orange County, land of many malls and I had never been to LOFT. I stopped in one day with my mother in law to do some shopping and I will never look back! The staff in Temecula is so friendly, every time I come in they help me choose items that work well with my personal style and body type. I’ve never experienced this level of service in a clothing store! And I LOVE the quality, I am a huge LOFT fan now. Thank you!
