Photo Works Temecula

Very frustrating to know that this is the only pro lab around and it has a 7 day turn around for just a few prints. It’s much faster and cheaper to order them online. You would think this business would try to compete with that, but the owner doesn’t try or seem to care. Bad way to run a business.

I don’t really know how to feel about this business right now. I just called to inquire about having copies of prints made. I was told by the woman I spoke with that she is only in on Mondays & that I would be able to pick up the copied print the following Monday. I told her that is not going to work with the time frame I was on and asked if she knew of any other shops that are available more than once a week, she gave me attitude and said «I don’t know, you can go to a drug store.» Obviously if I wanted drug store quality prints I’d just make the print at home with my PC. REALLY??? That’s your definition of customer service???
I’m an independent contractor. A licensed cosmetologist to be exact. And if I have a client calling about something I cannot deliver on or I am unavailable, I will refer them out to someone else that reputable in my industry. And I know that we all know others in our industry. This woman’s attitude sounded more like I was bothering her.
If you can’t accommodate mass customers or if it’s just bothersome, then you probably shouldn’t have your business listed on Unilocal.One Star. That’s my opinion. Service is EVERYTHING. You could have been a little more kind and I never would have even bothered to Unilocal this convo…

My experience with Photo Works in Temecula has been nothing but pleasurable. As a local photographer, they are extremely convenient being local. They are courteous and efficient!
