Typical party pizza type of place. Great for kids. I didn’t try the pizza but the wings and cheesy sticks were average at best. Will come back when my son’s team has a function but not any other time. Wasn’t very impressed with the food at all. Private party rooms are nice.

We live within walking distance, SO I totally wish this place could be our neighborhood «Cheers» type restaurant, but every time we go, it’s expensive & pretty gross. Our daughter had a play tonight & my husband and I worked late, so we wanted to sit down together & have a quick meal — we decided to try Pizza Factory one more time… NOT a good choice. We got one large pizza, 4 soft drinks, an order of bread sticks, a half pitcher of light beer & one salad for $ 60! The salad bar was disgusting & all the food was GREASY! I will say that the employees were so sweet & kind, it isn’t their fault the food is awful.

For the price, the pizza was good. I especially liked the bbq chicken pizza. The reason I am only giving 1 star is because of the filth. We arrived in the evening on Saturday and there was trash EVERYWHERE! The pizza was delivered to us in a timely manner by a respectable staff member but we were hard pressed to find a table not covered in pizza remnants and soda spills. It wasn’t just the tables. The floors were covered in trash from candy wrappers to napkins. The wind coming in the front door would shuffle the trash around while we were eating. If it were not for the fact that I was trying to accommodate a party of 9 people, I would have left before I ordered the pizza. The sad part is that there were not even that busy. Over ¾ of the tables were vacant and there was at least 5 staff members working in the back that I could see. Unless sanitary conditions become more favorable I would not recommend this place for anyone to dine in.

Order «The Big M» for delivery. You will not be disappointed. Fresh ingredients, not too greasy. They are NOT the fastest in town. Usually takes 45−1hr for delivery. But I plan ahead because it’s worth it.

Had the Redhawk pizza. Was delicious with plenty of toppings. Antipasto salad also had plenty of meat. Good food!

I didn’t like anything in the place. The food was bad. I really enjoyed the pizza crust and the pizza itself. Some of the workers had a great personality while others were well I liked them. The food at the restaurant was really nice at the end and I enjoyed being I’m the nice neighborhood environment.

I’m eating here as I write this review. The bowl of soup was so salty I nearly couldn’t eat it. The BBQ chicken sandwich was swimming in BBQ sauce so it was inedible and too sweet. I asked for no cheese on the sandwich and they gave me melted cheese on it. I will never return. Even Subway makes better subs and Subway is lowly.

Good pizza & service. We went with our mama group and they were great with the kids on taking a tour, making their pizza & giving us one of the private rooms to play in and eat their pizza! They are now our go to for ordering pizza.

i expected more. 9 dollars for a solo pizza was ok tasting. staff was nice, place was nice. wasnt that packed on a sunday afternoon during the charger game. would i try it again? perhaps. ill be trying the lunch buffet soon.

This place is great for the kiddos which is why I belive it has survived as long as it has. There are plenty of unsupervised kids running around. They have a game room with ticket system for prizes.
The pizza we had needed a bit more cheese but was overal tasty. The floor looks like it needs a good cleaning and the place is dingy. I would hate to see the kitchen.

The pizza was literally dripping with oil. It was so greasy it was inedible, even for my 3 year old (who loves pizza.) We ended up tossing more than half of the pizza. The one plus is that they’re generous with their toppings.
The kids liked playing the arcade games and winning prizes, but the games were a bit expensive.
Won’t be returning.

Lesson learned: I need to start reading Unilocal first before ordering or going out to eat. We called pizza factory and the owner, (she wouldn’t give me her name) answered the phone. Very rude as if I was bothering her. Gee, «I’m sorry» I told her, «I’ll just call some other pizza place». I can’t tell you how the pizza is or taste because I will never allow someone to talk to me that way.

Pizza is way over priced in my opinion. Their sauce isn’t that good either. The arcade game room is okay, there always seems to be one or 2 games not working which doesn’t make sense because there is not a large number of games to tend to. It gets VERY crowded there after games or sport seasons. It’s always hot in the building too. I think people go here because they offer coupons and its convent, it’s surely not for the quality of the food.

Lunch buffet. I think $ 8.99?
There are like 6 – 8 different pizzas. It’s a good place to come and satisfy your pizza crave. They taste decent like papa johns/​dominos. Better than little caesars quality, but little less than costco pizzas. Crusts are ok, but you can just not eat the crust and eat more pizza.
Salad bar and breadsticks, potato wedges, and cheese bread.
It’s worth to satisfy that pizza craving.

We ordered pizza for delivery last night. For some reason it was taking a long time, after a hour went by we called them back to check the status and no one answered. We called from different phones and still no answer, this is after we had already paid for the pizza over the phone. Next thing you know, they arrived 1 hour and 45 mins later with burnt pizza. Horrible service and gross pizza was our pizza factory experience!

Good pizza, great quality beer on tap. Definitely very casual and good for kids. Big screen TV with sports playing. Arcade type game room for the kids. Bench style seating.

Always come here, since its close to home and they have good pizza. Hardly eat in, always order carry out. Just placed my order for their special one large one topping with breadsticks $ 17.99. I also have a Unilocal check in deal for free breadsticks. They wouldnt honor it, which ive never had a problem before. Disappointing to say the least since Im a regular.
Just a few things to expect when visiting the pizza factory, you’ll have to wait a while to be helped, no matter if you are picking up or dinning in and even if you are first in line and someone is already at the counter ordering. Expect to wait a good 5 min.. Also, if you are dinning in and you have kids that want to play the games, expect to have more than a hand full of games out of order as well as some that just eat your money!
The only thing that keeps me coming back is the pizza. But I may be taking my business somewhere else due to their customer service.

Wow.
My wife ordered a large pizza topped with extra sauce, mozzarella cheese, purple onions, mushrooms, pepperoni and pineapple, as well as a salad and breadsticks. We had never ordered pizza in Temecula before, and my wife never checks Unilocal,so we just «flew blind». But wow: what a pizza! Tender crust, bursting with flavor, perfect amount of all toppings. The breadsticks: to die for! Super soft and doughy, with great tasting garlic. And the salad was awesome, too!
And the pizza tasted awesome reheated after two days, too!
Now that we know how great their pizza is, we will for sure order here in the future (yay, never Domino’s or Papa John’s again!).

I cannot believe how many big reviews I saw for this place! I trusted you Unilocalers and you guys let me down.
Pizza tastes like. like. not great.
Maybe I’m missing something here?
3 stars:
1) Good place to watch a sports game
2) If you have a large family to feed, they have a unlimited pizza buffet. Gluten free pizza too.
3) Kids can run around like crazy, and play for tickets and get little prizes at the booth. Family friendly.
Otherwise. this place is always sticky, dirty and the service sucks. Employees kept walking over napkins on the floor and I couldn’t take it anymore and picked them up myself.
A dirty rag sat on a table top for over an hour, maybe this place is a co-​op version and we have to sweep, mop and wipe down tables.
It wasn’t a great experience at all. even the cookies. Dang it. even the cookies were nasty. I really really wanted to love this place too. Dang it!
