Priest Masonry

Chad built us a pool with a spa and patio. We are very happy with his work and would use him again.

I am very disappointed with the service from Priest Masonry. Chad and his crew did our concrete and drainage on our brand new house last year (hard scape only). We kept questioning about the depth of the gas pipes (supposed to be 2 ft deep) and whether or not they were «sleeved.» Chad kept saying that the drains were properly installed and «yes» they are sleeved. Well, we just hired another landscaper to install grass, sprinklers, and soft scape. After digging to install the sprinklers, he ran into the gas pipes and they were only a few inches deep, and the pipes were cheap and rusty (hence NOT sleeved). Not only that, the drainage pipes are NOT leveled, so the water pools on all drainage sights. The concrete does «look» beautiful; however, everything underneath is a big mess and will not drain because the pipes are not leveled. They also did not put a shut off valve at the gas source, Chad said he would come back to fix that, but never did. We asked the current landscaper to fix Chad’s mess, and he was gracious enough to spend quality time to attempt to fix it, which means having to jack hammer some of the existing concrete in order to access drainage pipes. So although the concrete may appear pretty good, the rest of the work to prepare before the pour of the concrete is sloppy, cheap and I’m very very disappointed :(

Chad (owner) is completely unprofessional. He withheld payment to Robertson’s concrete and had a lien placed on my client because he didn’t like him. I will never use him again, and I recommend no one else does either.
