From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Mark he was so pleasant, friendly engaging with the customers & couldn’t of been more helpful. He acted like he had all the time in the world to answer our questions and concerns. This place has the cutest, healthiest looking puppies I’ve ever seen.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU ARE TRYING TO BUY YOUR DOG!
I would give them 0 starts if I could’ve. The owner Jason and his workers are LIARS. DO NOT TRUST THEM WHATSOEVER!!!
I bought a Cavapoo from them a month ago. My brother was not in California because he is enlisted in the army when I bought the dog. However, we used his credit card to insure in Wags. When he came back, we were going to pay the dog off and asked if we can get the military discount. The Owner Jason told us that he will cancel the Wags and let us pay in the store with the military discount and will call by Monday. I called them everyday from Monday-​Thursday and all they told me was wait. Then Thursday, they told us we cannot use the military discount anymore. I found out that they did NOTHING on wags to cancel it off when the manager told us it has been in «progress.» When we called wags, they told us it only takes 1 day to cancel it so they were definitely lying!!! When we drove an HOUR to go to the store to confront them, all they said was «Jason is too busy» and they can’t do anything about it. When we tried to pay off there, since Jason was upset, he told us to do everything on ourselves because he doesn’t want to take part in anything anymore. What kind of irresponsible owner is that? HE IS HORRIBLE! I feel bad for all the puppies there that are taken care by irresponsible liars. I am only speaking of truth throughout this whole thing! PLEASE BELIEVE AND AVOID!!!

So I visited this place a couple of times, and the puppies in there were so adorable. I did feel bad for them because they are secluded, and the management seems way sketchy in how they handle the pups. I really didn’t want to end up buying from them, but I caved. I fell in love with the cutest Yorkie. When I first saw him, he was so calm in my arms, unlike the other rambunctious Yorkies in there. After that moment, I couldn’t stop thinking about him, and I ended up buying him! Best decision ever. I’ve read so many Unilocal reviews about puppies from here getting sick, but I definitely, definitely got lucky with my puppy. The only reason why I took 2 stars away was for the management. They seem so suspicious in what they do, especially with all the paperwork. A moment that really made me skeptical was when they administered a distemper shot to my puppy right in front of me… are they qualified and licensed to do that? Is that the reason why some puppies are sick? Not really sure, but it definitely weirded me out.

Sad to write this review. One star is being generous. Gave the store plenty of chances to make it right. My fiancé and I bought a golden retriever from here. She was sick since the week she was home. We spent hundreds of dollars and countless midnight trips to the vet to get her better. Sadly, she was diagnosed with distemper and we had to put her to sleep at 12 weeks of age. My heart was broken. Jason refunded us the cost of our puppy HOWEVER, has not refunded us the cost of the vet bills like it was stated in the contract and also reassured us when we let him know what happened. I have emailed and called the store countless number of times and Jason never returns my phone calls and has been blowing my emails off. Completely unethical and a terrible business man. Don’t say you’re going to do something if you’re just a scammer. Most importantly, don’t let people fall in love with sick puppies. The vet told us distemper is HIGHLY contagious and our puppy probably wasn’t the only one who had it in that store.

I believe that giving this company a whole star is being extremely generous, really. I wouldn’t even give them a half star if I had the option. My wife, step-​daughter, and I went here to look for a puppy. The staff was somewhat friendly, but the policies were sketchy as far as «forgetting» fees.
The husky that we were looking at had obviously been drugged and we are in the process of having hair tests run to see what they were giving him because he now has a serious lack of motor skills which seems apparent if drugs were given at such a young age.
$ 1,700 later and there are no papers, no coverage of any kind. This place is a joke and I’m ashamed that we went here instead of a rescue. Dogs are better cared for at the rescue places anyway. This place needs to be shut down for their complete LACK of ethics, not only to their customers, but especially to the animals.

After we brought our new puppy home from this pet store, he became really sick. We took him to the vet, he needed lots of care. Jason, the owner was beyond awesome! Jason paid for all the vet bills, and checked on us everyday! Our puppy is now doing better! I can’t thank Jason enough for keeping his promise and paying hundreds of dollars to get my puppy back to good health!

I came to this place with my fiancée to look around. There weren’t many dogs around but I suppose because it’s near the end of the day and many have been sold by then. I was excited to see a couple of Siberian Huskies. We want to get one some day for right now isn’t exactly the right time for it. We couldn’t help but ask to hold and play with one of them. Our heartstrings were pulled on. The one we held is female. At first she was a bit hesitant but automatically she became quite attached to us to the point she would relax against our chest and almost fall asleep. Oh how we wanted to take her home with us right there and then. If only we could. The ladies at the store were really nice and welcoming. Often when we were looking around they asked if we had any questions.
Hopefully in the near future when we’re ready to get one that there may have some we could possibly buy. Look forward to that day.

I bought a little Boston Terrier 2 years ago for 1200.00 within the first 6 months he had nonstop medical problems I notified the owner. They made us see their Vet. Nothing was ever fixed or properly diagnosed. He now has a permanent skin condition. We have tried EVERYTHING. I have spent countless dollars with no help from the owners. I asked for a refund but, was turned down. Unfortunately my family fell head over heels in love with Domino. So to this very day 2 years later he is still very sick and still suffers to this day. I was told by their vet that he shouldn’t breed. He must stay on a medication that will cut his life span in half and is very costly for the rest of his life. Thank you puppies for less, you have greatly hurt my children and broken their hearts watching Domino suffer. At least you got your money from us.

I have bought two dog from Puppies 4 Less and had a wonderful experience with both! They have brought to much joy to my family!!! The staff there has always been kind and knowledgeable. They even follow up with a phone call to see how the new pup is adjusting. Honestly, I cannot believe there are so many low rated reviews for this pet store. People generally go online to complain rather than compliment…

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Ever. Seriously stay far away — go to a shelter! This shop buys dogs (or takes them in) from random people in the community and «flips them» at an insanely inflated price and is falsely labeling their animals. Shame on you guys. On top of that they do not take ANY accountability for the sickness and mistreatment of their animals. 3 years ago my best friend wanted to stop in here to kill time, so we did and there was the cutest, saddest dog in their front, open display (which was labeled as a maltipoo, but he absolutely isn’t) My heart sank immediately, but I don’t believe in supporting pet stores so we left. The next day I called to ask about him and they informed me that the «breeder» originally kept him with the intention of making him a stud, only to realize they didn’t want him? The entire story was so sketchy and my heart was heavy for the next 2 days thinking of him. I went back and got him out of there, for much less than they normally sell, only to find out he had worms and was so sick. They claim they take care and accept responsibility of any health or medical issues — BULLSHIT — they took no responsibility. On top of that I have had him for 3 years now and it’s 1 000 000% obvious that he has been severely abused which breaks my heart every day because he is the kindest, most loving dog. This place is the most vile, disgusting, dishonest store and it deserves to be shut down forever.

I never thought I would buy a dog from a pet store. I have rescued and after buying a french bulldog from a reputable breeder last Christmas which was a nightmare! The dog had diarrhea and was a host of giardia, that would not go away… I eventually got a refund.
After a year of debating to get a dog, my family started to look for a new puppy. I looked far and wide, breeders in San diego to LA to Palm Springs.
I came across reviews for pet stores in Temecula.
I’m so glad, we decided to purchase a dog from this owner.
Our dog did have diarrhea the next day but we got him checked out.
He was free of parasites just had an imbalance in gut flora. (Just like us humans get sometimes).
Anyways, every persons experience is different but I’m lucky to find such a healthy, loving puppy.
I would definitely recommend this store.

Don’t waste your time here! They say you can «finance» a puppy through wags lending but that’s a load of bs! Turns out you’re leasing a puppy! You won’t own the dog once your lease is up, you give it back or pay more money to purchase the dog! Their dogs have also not been introduced to potty training before they are brought home, I don’t care what they say because I’m still training! They also make you buy their «special» food and «vitamins» because
That’s what the dog is used to but the dog didn’t eat the food, the vet said not to feed her that food because she was too small for dry! What a bunch of liars and thieves! My biggest mistake was coming in here!

Since my first review lacked personal experience this will be exactly what I saw when visiting. Forget the cute puppies and focus solely on their environment. First, there was a 2 – 3 month old rotweiler enclosed in approximately 9 – 12 square feet. Being in there all day is not good for a puppy, especially for that size.
Prices for these puppies are not cheap either, not like their name implies. They pretty much charge full price of what you can get from a reputable breeder.

I have purchased all three of my dogs from here and have had nothing but good experiences with them! My animals are my whole world and they have nothing but the best here I will definitely be back again in the future

We recently stopped into Puppies 4 Less expecting just to take a look around and let our two sons see the puppies. I wound up bonding with an adorable yellow Labrador, and like fate, we took her home. I can say in the past I have been rather skeptical of puppy stores due to ill treatment and mass production– I mean everyone says just to adopt. We had previously adopted a blue heeler with severe anxiety and aggression issues (unknown at the time as «shyness») — not a good mix for two children under the years of age. While we continue to work with her diligently to trust us (almost a year later, dr visits for anxiety, training and seeing a pet behaviorist) we were ready to have another puppy to hopefully become a safer play companion with my children and also a trust buddy for our heeler.
WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS HOW WONDERFUL THIS LABRADOR HAS BEEN FOR OUR FAMILY. When we brought her home she had managed to take a few fleas with her (the store had obtained the puppy less than 48 hours from the original breeder) and when we called to notify them of our findings they immediately offered to remedy the solution and do a full free flea dip on her as well as oatmeal treatment bath and blow out. After taking her in to have her cleaned up, she came back smelling amazing and COMPLETELY flea free. This has by far been the best experience we have ever had with a puppy store and we are happy to say we are happy, loyal customers. I will be sending everyone we know here!
As for the condition of the store, each puppy cage is extremely clean. All of the glass/​plexiglas along the wall cages have absolutely no puppy smear marks or film. The puppies seem well adjusted and are not incessantly crying like I have seen in other stores. Floors are spotless and we did not notice any fecal matter in any cage what so ever. They also have a large line and variety of harnesses, collars and leashes for your puppy, along with cute bedding, crates and a large assortment of treats/​food. ALSO, most stores nauseatingly push eukanuba/​low end sponsored food brands– it was nice to see a store use REAL dog food for their puppies that is comparable to Blue Buffalo.

After the owner left me a message, I contacted him. After lots of phone tag, the end result was that he could not help because I didn’t have any AKC paperwork. It doesn’t matter that I have EVERY SINGLE RECEIPT FROM EVERY VET VISIT. I find it interesting that this issue cannot be resolved because of paperwork you would assume the store would have! O well. You have my number if you want to make it right. Otherwise, a one star rating is more than this store deserves.

We love our little addition to the family. I am glad we bought her from there.

Do not go to this place!!! They don’t even deserve a 1 star!
For all you breeders out there, don’t ever deal with Jason (owner of this place). He is not a man of his words. I drove 1 ½ hours away to let him sell my puppy. He told me he was going to have $ 1000 for my puppy but when I got there, he didn’t even show up! And when I call him up while I was there he lowball me to only $ 500!!! Wtf!!!
For all you buyers out there, don’t ever buy from this store. It is a rip off and way over price. He mark up 100% of the price. And if you go to recycler it’s half the price. The quality of the puppies are bad and the ones there are the leftovers that breeders can’t get rid off.

Well it is apparent you cannot please everyone based on the reviews. Especially the hater animal activist.
We are not one of those people however that always feel the need to complain about something. Get a life and quit hiding behind your keyboard. Too many people bust there ass to make a living and run a reputable business.
That said — we must say we are very pleased with our purchase. The cutest Morkie ever. See pics! Our daughter is getting ready to turn one soon and we thought it was time to give Puppies for Less the positive review they have earned and deserve.
The owner Jason treated us very well and was super knowledgeable. As was the staff.
If you are looking for a dog, do not hesitate to visit Puppies for Less. They are highly recommended in our book.

As adorable as puppies are, I wouldn’t purchase one here, sorry. I was just in there two days ago with my boyfriend and we saw two puppies. A frenchy and a boston terrier. Well, the frenchy obviously wasn’t healthy. His stomach was extremely bloated… She claimed he had just eaten but it protruded out to the sides so far it was obvious something else is going on. You don’t have to be an expert to see that. His eyes and nose were extremely crusted over. She was asking $ 4500 for him. We quickly gave him back. The other puppy, a Boston Terrier, was not even 8 weeks old, that was pretty obvious. His docked tail had a kink and he too was crusted over around the nose, but he did have an adorable personality. $ 1400 was too much for our taste. We left empty handed. We would rather adopt a rescue.
By the way Jason R. if you don’t want to me to mislead people don’t assume ANYTHING about me because I said I would rather adopt a rescue. A LOT of your puppies look sick, and too young. I’m sorry you’re pissed but it’s the truth. I have NEVER seen so many puppies with crusty noses and gooped up eyes. I feel sorry for them.
