I have been coming here ever since I moved to Murrieta for 10 years. Sam is quick fast and efficient. He makes coming in here a fun happy place! Sam even sized my engagement ring! If your looking for quality sam is your man!

Well I finally picked up my wife’s rings today. They are outstanding! They are as beautiful and sparkly just as the first day I purchased them. Thank you very much Sam!
My visit was not as pleasant this time around though, I was assisted by a young lady this time around. She is quiet the opposite of Sam. She was rude and short with me. I almost felt like I was bothering her with my business. I asked if Sam was in, she just said yeah but didn’t bother to go get him. I wanted him to take a look at my ring and possibly buff it up a bit. She took a quick glance at my ring and said «he cant do anything for you, that’s Titanium» I understand its Titanium. He cant run it on the buffer wheel for a few seconds to clean it up a bit? She again replied with just an abrupt «NO». She ran my credit card, had me sign and walked away. That was it, no thanks for coming in, no have a great day. I even had to reach for my credit card since she didn’t hand that back to me either.
In conclusion, Sam has a customer for life! I will definitely go back for any type of repair or jewelry that I may need but I really hope I don’t have to deal with that young lady again.

Special ordered my Fiancé an engagement ring. The ring was great but because of the type of ring it was half a size to big. Went into the store and they were able to resize it within an hour. Ring looks perfect and you can’t even tell anything was done. Which was important because it’s a special leave/​branch design. Very pleased with their timely work and professional capability. Thank you guys for doing an outstanding job!
