Absolutel disaapointed! I’m an active duty military who is PCS’ng to Okinawa, Japan. When I scheduled my pack out, this company was assigned to us by the military. A few days before the pack out, they sent someone to do a survey of all our stuff. During that time, we were not informed about any of the restricted stuff. Today, as they were packing our stuff, we were told we can’t bring any of our stuff in our pantry. When I spoke to their site supervisor named Murrel, I asked him if we could bring the stuff that are still sealed. I also expressed that, I wished we were told of the restricted stuff that we can’t bring. The man gave me a sarcastic reply of «What difference would you have done then?» Instead of working with me, this guy straight up just gave me the impression of YOUR SHIT OUT OF LUCK BRO, not my problem. As a customer, I expected to be treated better. My recommendation, if you are looking for a moving company, look somewhere elese. You will be better off. Additionally, when they were packing my stuff, the packers were straight up rough handling my stuff. They were dropping my kitchen stuff and banging things with complete disregard of damaging my properties.. I fu¢{¡N hate moving! And I really don’t like the service provided by this company.
