As a Stylist from another salon, I never get time to have the hair cut experience. I walked in not knowing what I was getting into, and had a great experience. I have very short hair, and finding someone to cut your pixie style hair is hard to find. I got the pleasure of having Nicole cut my hair. She did a fabulous job! The salon was beautiful and relaxing, the ladies very kind, and the prices were great! Thank you Nicole for giving me a great and relaxing hair experience!

I love this salon. I just recently moved to the city and have been looking for a good place to get hair done this place is great. the customer service in this place is great all around. The front desk is very helpful when booking appointments and the atmosphere of the place is trendy and fun.
I recently got my hair done by Justine. She is amazing at what she does and so personable you hardly realize she’s working on your hair. I’m very particular about how my hair looks and she did an an amazing job. She asked about the style and shape I like and was spot on with my cutting. Definitely will be going back to see her again.

Nicest salon I’ve been to! The environment and service is great. I always look forward to coming here. Alyssa has been doing my hair for a couple years now and it seems like shes better every time! She’s amazing, I always leave happy. Definitely recommend her!

I have been going to Alyssa for 2 years. She does an amazing job. I love the way she cuts and colors my hair. She is always concerned about keeping your hair healthy. My hair has never looked better and been so healthy. I would highly recommend her.

When I first started coming to Reve the Salon like 3 or 4 years ago Lyris always did my hair & I’ve never trusted anyone else with it until Alyssa came along & she did an outstanding job! Now I won’t trust anybody else BUT Alyssa.

This salon is fantastic. It looks great, offers many different services, and the stylists and receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. Nicole is incredible! I had been going to the same hairstylist for 6 years because I am very particular about my hair. I decided to give this salon a try and I had my hair done by Nicole. I loved it so much I chose to drive the extra amount and switch salons to get it done by her. I’ve been getting my hair done solely by Nicole for about two years now and every single time I come to her I am impressed. The cut and coloring is awesome and you can tell she has been well educated in techniques to make hair look natural and beautiful. She takes the time to listen to what you want and gives educated opinions on what will look best on you. I have recieved many compliments every time I get my hair cut and/​or colored by her and I have referred a bunch of my friends as as well. I will continue to go to her for many years.

Chloe was fantastic!!! I can’t believe that she isn’t on some hair styling show on a&e. Great person to talk to and even better person to give you a fresh haircut! I suggest all my buddies to her.

My stylist Jennifer recently moved to this salon from another and I followed her over. Reve is nicely decorated and I love the natural products they use for hair care. But most important, I love the work Jennifer N. does with my hair. She is great with color and truly listens to what it is you are trying to achieve. Highly recommend.

This review is for Jennifer Nava who I met at Reve the Salon. I feel like I seriously won the jackpot. It is incredibly difficult nowadays to find a wonderful stylist who will actually listen to your concerns and what you want to acheive with your hair. Jennifer listened and gave me what I wanted. Her ability with color is just as awesome! My hair has been put through all sorts of home experiments, yet she was able to fix it beautifully! I love my new haircut and I actually for once want to keep up the cut and shape! I usually want to just grow my hair out as soon as I leave any salon or stylist I go to! LOVE YOU JENNIFER! Thank you again! You have no idea how much confidence you have instilled in me: D So yeah, book an appointment with Jennifer, you won’t regret it.

First time & got a spa finder gift from my best friend. Had a great facial from Denise Diaz. She really knows her products & techniques. Will come back again.

Went there for the first time yesterday and had the most amazing experience!!! The salon is beautifully simplistic and in a great location in the outer circle if the promenade. The receptionist was very friendly and offered me water, tea, or coffee while I waited for my stylist.
Ritsa was very prompt, friendly, and professional from the beginning! She listened to me during the consult and we came up with a game plan for my cut. During the wash she gave me a head and neck message that was completely amazing. It was the best message a stylist has ever given me! I also love the cut she did! It was exactly what I was looking to get and I feel great about my hair!!! She also offered to style it for me which was great because she taught me how to do what she did :)
I would recommend this salon to anyone and I am defiantly returning to have Ritsa do my hair again!!!

Amazing service! I only get my haircuts from Lyris! I drive all the way from LA just to get my haircuts from her. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommended this place, especially if your in the area. Ask for Lyris! :)

Bad feng shui for sure, lots of dead space, but I hear they are moving. My stylist was good, but no personality. They are profoundly overpriced. I had a facial here a year ago and it was sublime. I’ve had a few of them so I feel I can compare. I will continue my search for a stylist that has a personality and can give me what I ask for without charging me a months mortgage payment.

Keep in mind that my rating is a reflection of the facility itself and NOT my hairstylist. If you must know, my hairstylist is Maria and she has done such a good job with my do, that I have not allowed another soul to touch a hair on my head in 6 years now.
That said, I am not the biggest fan of the facility. From what I understand each of the hairstylists run their own area, bascially paying for the space. I don’t know that this is an uncommon practice. Overall, I think your experience is going to come from your hairstylist not from the persons at the front counter. The facility is kept very clean, no complaints there. It has a very industrial and does not have a real «spa» feel to it.
I have had a pedi here, which is INCREDIBLY average. I am pretty picky about my pedis and primarily go for the massage portion (and pay extra for) of the pedi. So it was pretty eh… the selection of polish was just fine. On that note if anyone out there has a suggestion for a nice, relaxing pedi place that takes their time with the massage portion, let me know.
To wrap it up, I go back but I do so because of Maria.

Very disappointing experience with this Salon… I had purchased a coupon, as a gift, via Screamin Daily Deals for a manicure. When I called to schedule the appointment I was told that the girl at the salon that contracted with SDD over sold her services and they would not be honoring the coupon. I was told to return to SDD for a refund.
I tried to work out a solution with the receptionist and take a later appointment at the salon’s convenience. She was quite rude and I suspect there are many others in my same boat — thus her attitude.
Here’s my problem… I feel that even if the manicurist over sold her services, she/​and Reve Salon have a responsibility to find a way to honor the coupon, even if they needed to spread out appointments over time to ensure happy customers and maintain positive customer relations.
As it is, I will never go to this salon, and will make sure my friends are aware of my experience, which I consider to be very unprofessional. This is certainly not a salon that I am interested in building any relationship with, nor encourage friends to do so either:(

What a HUGE Disappointment! I’m new to the area and booked an appt with Lyris. I was told by receptionist that she had extensive experience with cut AND color. Salon is nicely decorated — upscale. Lyris is very pleasant. Unfortunately walked out with virtually the same hair color I walked in with and a decent hair cut. So I guess that equates to a $ 155.00 hair cut. The most frustrating part of this experience was that I also made an appt for my 16 yr old daughter for a different day. I purposely arrived a half hour early so I could speak to Lyris about my disappointment with my color and my expectation for my daughters weave. She couldnt/​wouldnt step out to speak to me. I ended up having to relay my message thru the receptionist.
When I returned 2 hrs later to pick up my daughter, she had more foils in her hair then I knew possible to install. Instead of a weave… she looks like she was held upside down by her feet and dipped in a bottle of Miss Clairol. She was in the chair for 4 ½ hours for a weave and hair cut. When Lyris finally finished she walked my daughter up front, she asked for her fee and said a quick BuhBye. Never asked me about my complaint… didnt want to be bothered I guess.
Bottom Line: This Salon offers great snacks and beverages, nice receptionist, Some Staff that desperately need MORE training in color technique and customer service! I wont go back… San Diego Salon… here I come!

They have taken the time to book guest speakers from celebrity studios. Can you believe it, in little Murrieta of California? They are not only huge, they are thinking NYC big!
