Russell Soon, DDS

After having a couple of bad experiences with dentists I decided to try Russell Soons office after a few of my family members raved about him.
I have to say at first I was a little turned off by the office as It looked kind of old. HOWEVER, I was simply being judgmental. Don’t judge a book by its cover here because Dr. Soon and his staff provide impeccable service! They are not only knowledgable, but helpful, friendly, thorough, and patient. My experience was probably the best I’ve had in my 24 years of going to the dentist.

Let me start by saying that I was a patient of Dr Soon from the day I was born until I was 18. Those first 18 years he was fantastic, a little odd but great. Then, about two years ago I received a $ 300 charge from him for a normal teeth cleaning. When I called I found out that he had «upgraded» himself to a «premier» dentist and limited the number of insurances he accepted. So I paid the bill and was just irritated that they had not let me know.
Last year, my fiancé went to him, called to make sure they would accept her insurance, and Rose told her that she called her insurance and confirmed that she would only owe $ 20 for a regular cleaning. Almost a month later she got a $ 400 charge in the mail for her cleaning. She called and talked to Rose who then said that she should have called the insurance herself to confirm. She and I went to Dr soon together to talk to him to see if there was a way to get the bill lowered. He giggled and said no this is part of adult hood. And then added that he would need the bill paid within two weeks or he would be «forced» to charge interest.
Do not go to Dr Soon. His staff lies and he no longer cares about his clients.

Found Dr. Soon and staff on Unilocal when we first moved to Temecula. He has treated my entire family. They are super friendly and work well with my family. I always feel comfortable and relaxed and know that I am getting excellent service and dental advice. I recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service. Dr soon takes his time and definitely cares. My kids love going too!

I travel from Redondo Beach to see Dr. Soon and his staff. He offers top-​notch dentistry and his staff are friendly and professional. Whenever I tell friends that I’m going to Temecula for a dental appt., they think I’m crazy to drive so far. But once you try him, you’ll know what I mean! I’ve been a patient for over 25 years, following him from his former Glendale practice to his successful practice in Temecula! Dr. Soon and his staff are the best! He’s busy, so you’ll need to book in advance. (P. S. He’s originally from Hawaii.)
