I enjoyed interacting with the owner who was there when I walked in and purchased a rug. I thought they have fair prices for the quality of product they sell, i.e. these are handmade heirloom pieces. Overall the experience was very transparent and honest. What is nice is that they have a very large selection of rugs of different colors and styles. I bought a 12×15 rug that I think is amazing and looks great in my house. What is nice is that the owner did not try to upsell me. I gave him my price range and he showed me great options within that price range.

I wandered in here one day to look at some rugs and I really wish I had avoided it all together. The man that I dealt with told me that I could pay part of the purchase on the day and then pay the rest later. However, when he ran my card he charged me the whole purchase price. When I told him I couldn’t do that and I needed a refund, he didn’t know how to work the machine. I waited an hour for someone to call to tell him how to use the machine. He never received a call back and I had to leave without my refund. When I tried to call back to get my money, they told me I could not return the rugs and they would not refund my money. PLEASE AVOID!!! Overpriced and shady.
