Rachael was my stylist today… And she ROCKED IT!!! Came in looking like a frizzy Garfield mess (u know when u pick the wrong box color and it turns orange) we’ve all done it, don’t judge! Lol… She turned me into a HOT Mama. Had to do color corrections, chunky highlights, «A frame» cut… The works… Thank u sweetie (hope you and ur boss read this) yes, my husband loves it… Looks like its gonna be a HOT night!

Walked in as i HAVE FOR 5 YEARS, my stylist is almost always TEE! I love her… she is pregnant and always happy and always does a greAT JOB. I got my roots and a cut. I wish the price was better it used to be 25.00 now it is 45.00. I have all good expieriences but one there nd TEE fixed it no questions asked.

I walked in at 6pm and the lady at the counter said nobody is available to give me a hair cut cause it’s appointment only. The store closes at 8pm. So in 2 hours they weren’t taking any customers? So I had my wife call up to see if she could get a quick cut and they said yes come in. So they lied they probably were racist against me or somthing.

Stacy was my stylist. She was polite and professional. I loved the way my cut and highlights turned out. My hair feels and looks awesome great job and keep up your hard work!

Do not buy anything from them, TRIED to exchange something no receipt purchased 5 days ago.
To much of a hassle for them to look for.
I’ve spent over 600 in product with them.
Never again, so pissed I threw the stuff out.

SHAYNA IS AWESOME! Excellent customer service and very personable. She explains everything she is doing and does an incredible job. She is very knowledgeable and educates her clients and customers. I will definitely be back to see her again! Thanks so much Shayna! I love my hair

The wait time at this salon is ridiculous! When they say 10 – 15 minutes they mean 1.5−1.75 hours. Also, all of the stylists argue over who is going to get to do the color job. They aren’t at all concerned about those of us who just want a cut/​style. The cost savings and convenience factor of this place is not at all worth it. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Is not always you get what you want or they understand what you would like I recommend Katie she connect with you she even told me when to come and take advantage of the the half off sale they had going when I walk in my hair color were ready I love it! and the smile in my husband was priceless! Thanks Katie! I will be back!!!

Shayna did a great job!
I was peeking in the gate (after hours) a few weeks ago… Shayna saw me and offered to answer any questions, let me know the prices of some of the hairsprays I was looking at & asked for me to come back after telling me their hours of operation… all the while, she had a client in her chair who looked very happy!
I came back to see her for the first time today. She was very attentive to me, other clients and her associates. She kept on track. She offered me a consultation, then calculated the cost before she started, gained my approval & started her work. The color I received is fantastic! It’s no wonder she has won awards for her color!
She is very polite. She had a client mention a few (possibly negative) words about one of her employees AND an employee who was just coming into work for the afternoon who tried to get away with her dress-​code. Shayna handled both situations appropriately. I wanted to high-​five her for keeping her demeanor in such a professional light.
Her staff clearly respects her and it is obvious that they are all happy to be at work. It’s amazing what «liking your boss» can do for moral in any work place! I do recommend this salon! Great job to Shayna & team!

Shayna!!! The Manager at Smart Style is AWESOME! Shayna not only made me feel beautiful but every person; male or female that walked into the saloon received «World Class Customer Service»! While doing my hair, Shayna answered the phone, assisted other beautician within the shop, and provided me one-​on-​one attention! Each customer I observed was given her undivided attention as well as her coworkers. I was in and out promptly and my haircut was exceptional! Shayna made me feel very comfortable and beautiful. Shayna also recommended some products for my hair before I left that has worked great in-​between my appointments. I am a «woman of color» and I left feeling phenomenal. I will refer this hair saloon to my friend and family members. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

Color me surprised! Let me start by saying that usually I am a specialty salon kinda gal when I get my hair cut (i have tricky hair to deal with sometimes — very thick, etc…), but for Christmas I got some giftcards for the line of Smart Style Salons, and I was in dire need of a good haircut /​color. I was actually already in Wal — Mart yesterday to do some grocery shopping before date night, and saw they they had one of these salons. I thought, why not? I bet they will do a good job here! They did not do a good job however — they did a GREAT job! Do yourself a favor — go here and ask for Shana — she is the sweetest, and she did such a great job on my hair! I haven’t been this happy with a cut and color in years! I now wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else to get my hair cut. Bravo Shana and Smart Style Temecula! You blew my socks off!

I called a few minutes ago to see if Michelle was working today, hoping I could nip in and take care of the wretched mullet currently sprouting off the back of my pixie cut. She’s the only person I ever trusted with my hair and she’s taken my on a hair journey over the past 2 years, from plain jane to punk, shaved, spikey, edgey, etc.
The woman who answered told me Michelle doesn’t work there anymore.
This. Really. Sucks. I’m going to go to Great Clips in a few hours and see if maybe I can find a competent person who will touch up my haircut (that Michelle gave me, BTW).
Michelle, WHERE THE HECK DID YOU GO! Tell me where you moved to! I’ll pay whatever!

Unfortunately the whole staff has been changed! I had my hair cut on Nov. 8^th and was disappointed. Now I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!! My hairstyle is a very precise haircut so the problem with the new staff is inexperience. The girls here are very nice but that’s little consolation if your hair is wrong. All I can say is Michelle where did you go??? I really miss all the old staff, anyone of them would give you a salon quality cut. Now a haircut at «Smartstyle» is like playing
Russian roulette with your hair.
