They always seem to be disorganized. They are all over the place no warm hellos and forever telling people they don’t have things. Gosh I just feel bad I don’t think they mean to be this dysfunctional. But if you come here plan to wait 15 – 20 min for a kids hot coco and some espresso… Please hire better staff! I understand people need a job but I don’t think this team on Wednesday mornings or any morning for that fact has it together. Of course they got my order wrong… Like really I came in at 730 I’m now leaving at 745. I didn’t have time to wait to remake my simple drink

Got our order wrong, then made the drinks incorrectly, twice. Would have given only one star if the barista making the drinks didn’t make the drinks well, once he finally made the correct ones. Person at the register causing the problems was unapologetic and made the issues appear to be our fault, and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. Won’t come back here unless I’m in old town, and I desperately need some overpriced coffee.

Our work office put in a large order. When we called we asked if we could do it over the phone and they said yes. We had 25+ drinks. When one of the girls went and picked them up they were rude to her, and told her they don’t do large orders over the phone(like she forced them). One of our doctors was paying for it and they would not let her pay with his card unless she got a picture of him? Or his ID? As she started walking back to the office they called her back and told her they would do it this one time and never again, so I guess that was nice. This Starbucks generally always messes up on my individual orders. They surprisingly didn’t mess up on our large order, but of course they had an attitude about it rather than being grateful for the large amount of money spent there.

In town for a sport event. Needed a good breakfast to start my day. Oatmeal with fresh blueberries. I’ll take it! Place opens at 6am perfect. Spacious Starbucks, plenty of seating. Service was fast and cheerful which is lovely early in the morning. Overall pretty standard Starbucks. Had a good experience!

I personally love the people that work at this location more than most other Starbucks. They say good morning every time someone walks in the door and are always smiling. They are quick to make drinks even when they’re busy which is super important. This location isn’t very large but this is one of the longest established Starbucks that I’m aware of. They’ve updated the interior and it’s very warm and inviting. Right at the front of Front St. so it’s easy to access. I’m glad this is the spot closest to my office!

My favorite Starbucks !! Not for any other reason(because I experience Great customer service in all Starbucks) than that this one is located in downtown! If you are going to the farmers market, this is always must stop because it just across the street.

Not a great Starbucks. Poor seating arrangement, dark, and had loud music playing. Nothing like a ‘calm’ Sunday morning with music blaring in your ears. This Starbucks, like Temecula and this region in general, attracts a lot of weirdos. You might be sitting next to a bum or some rural folks who bring in their banjo. Luckily, and this is what saved this Starbucks, there’s outside seating, including all the way down the side and back. I found a little corner nook to chill out for an hour. The coffee and service… just standard.

Sneezing near the product 5 times in a row, not washing your hands, and resuming mixing the sauce or whatever liquid base it was is NOT acceptable. Dirty.

Went to this Starbucks and ordered a peppermint hot chocolate. When I got mine it tasted like pumpkin, I realized the whip cream tasted like pumpkin. so I told the barista and he tried scooping up the pumpkin whip cream instead of making a new one. I then asked him to remake it. He never said sorry. Then there were cleaning supplies next to wear u get ur drink. Then I asked for a drink card and the cashier gave me one and I said u messed up on 2 drinks and she said«I’m giving u ur other one». Very rude and untrained staffed. The barista didn’t even know the regional. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks and this is the worst I have ever seen. Please get rid of this Starbucks or get new staff!

Stopped in here only because we had a gift card… 4 in the afternoon and not busy at all… The staff here is so rude! Well at least the one that helped us! first we stood at the front counter for a few min with no acknowledgement then Eve(I think that was her name) the older lady with glasses didn’t say a freaking thing to us while we were ordering… Didn’t tell us our total just pointed to the scanner to scan my phone… So rude. Won’t be coming back to this location!

Being such a busy, popular store I would think that management would consider ordering more food inventory. I’ve been coming here for 8 years and over the past few months when I come in they are wiped out of food items. I’ve come at lunch time and there are no sandwiches, I’ve come at 3, no sandwiches … Their display case is wiped out! I come in and they have been out of large straws, lids, etc. Get you $@#t together Starbucks… You charge more for coffee than other places charge for beer, as an long time customer I expect a higher standard than you are currently operating.

This used to be my favorite place, now I’m not sure. Maybe after all the new employee’s get experience. But if they keep making their coffee wrong then I’ll look for a new Starbucks. I used to think this place had better flavored coffee, then about two weeks ago there where a lot of new people hired and there coffee hasn’t tasted good since. I hope they remedy this. Last weekend my hazelnut coffee tasted like mocha and this week it taste like burnt coffee if you could call it that.

Beautiful café near to the starting point of «old town» of Temecula. Very fitting and well blend into western themed town, yet with a modern look. Bonus: Very space-ful deck from outside(no worries about closing time if u spend more time chatting with friends).

I like this little Starbucks. It almost seems quaint. It’s actually pretty relaxed which I found rather pleasing as some Starbucks are loud and abrasive. The location is convenient and is right in Old Town. There is a parking lot, but keep in mind that is only for 30 minute parking. That shouldn’t be a problem if you’re going in to buy coffee and come right now. So if you’re feeling a little lazy, there’s no drive-through, sorry. They have nice outside seating where you can enjoy the warm weather that Temecula appears to have even in January!

Been here twice and haven’t been disappointed yet. Their staff seems very dedicated. I went in just yesterday and there were at least four employees, all making sure to take care of both the store, products(stocking), and the customers. Well done! Plenty of tables both indoor and outdoor, and while the place seems to get pretty busy there has always been seating.
