Okay so I only gave this a two star because I love Taco Bell and their food but this Taco Bell customer service didn’t meet any standards not even the low expectations you would expect from a fast food restaurant. First off the girl that was working the register was extremely sassy and didn’t have that good of common sense that she should have in some situational things. Okay let me be more clear. The cooks messed up twice but they fixed it right away. Normally they would say do you still want this we’re going to throw it away anyways but she didn’t. My boyfriend who I was with would’ve eaten it instead of it going to waste but we didn’t have that option! Then after we spent 20 $ on the food I asked on the way if there was anyway I could get another sour cream please since I ordered some more food and didn’t want to put 32 cents on my credit card. She refused and so I said ok never mind but then a cook brought it to me and she still made us pay! They messed up twice and she was rude. And she couldn’t even give us some 30 cent sour cream.

Wouldn’t let me sub potatoes for rice in burrito. Really? Mgr dumb answer «there’s no key for it. Really? Couldn’t walk over to the burrito maker and say it? What happened to making the customer happy?
Robots don’t care. Plenty of other places to eat. Pretty stupid Taco Bell! I guess it doesn’t matter to that my wife and I eat there at least 3 times a week!

I have been going to Taco Bell since 1976. I USED to LOVE it, I would go there almost every day because it was next door to my work. And then in the 90’s I used to go two to four times a week and then faded off because of friends and moving. Taco Bell has TOTALLY changed to MUSH, no flavor. I used to LOVE the Burrito Supreme. I USED to LOVE the Supreme Nachos. Now I am 53 years old and I TRIED to re-​kindle my love. MANY times, expecting those flavors that I remembered. I kept thinking that is was me and my tastes have changed but after looking on-​line, you HAVE changed. Maybe for nutrition, health fat content, whatever and I don’t care. I do not like your food anymore. It is MUSH, there are no separation between textures and flavors in the ingredients, everything taste the same. I am sure that you are making money and business is good and I have tried ALL the NEW items as well as my old favorites and everything taste the same no matter what you order. Bye Bye Taco Bell, your food LOOKS good but it all taste the same. JUST saw your AD for the sliders and you know what. it is going to taste the same as everything else, why go there? I am partners in a BBQ Restaurant and I make SURE to greet EVERY guest and after they order I make SURE to see if they got what they wanted and if it is what they wanted and later I check to see if it is satisfactory WHILE they are dining ad I ask them to return before they leave. ALL of MY guests LOVE us and we will NOT change a THING knowing that.
After sharing this on facebook I got MANY replies stating the same thing.

Yeah Ill take 2 doritos locos tacos and 2 beefy nacho grillers
its Taco Bell. sub par average stuff. its good when you eat it, but 30 minutes after, you will feel like you ingested a whole lot of Horse Meat and GMOs (which you did)

OK, it’s a Taco Bell. I’m not looking for five stars, I’m looking for a hot and fresh breakfast bacon crunch wrap. And they delivered. Service was quick and polite. The order was hot and correct. No complaints here.

If I could give this particular TB no stars, that’s what I would do! I always order the same items at any Taco Bell and so I’m quite familiar with how things should be prepped and the way they ought to taste. This specific experience was «disappointing» to say the least… They «no longer carry Baja Sauce» for the supreme chalupas and the Cinnabon delights I ordered were past Friday and borderline burnt and dried out in the middle no creamy icing filling. This will be my first and last visit to this TB. On the upside, customer service and lemonade/​strawberry freezes were superb so at least they’ve got that going to earn the 1 star.

I’ve been to many, many taco bells in my day but this one seemed to have the best food. I ordered the quesarito and crunchwrap and both seemed to have a decent amount of filling inside along with plenty of cheese. Most other taco bells skimp on the ingredients and the crunchwraps comes out all bread with minimal filling.
What else can I say? It’s taco bell.

Fast service but messed up my order. I asked for the 11 (3 Los tacos) with no lettuce and supreme. Got lettuce and no sour cream. Um thanks. But not.

Not going to lie, i used to be all about dell taco until i was in the area and was super hungry so i stopped here! but now i know what i was missing out! really yummy, good portion and the staff was nice. They gave my baby a free drink! i definitely recommend you try one of the slushies! talk about refreshing. Thanks for the good service and keep up the good work! i APPRECIATE-​IT!

Great prices. Tasty eats. Simply the nicest and most efficient staff of any fast food joint in the area. Restaurant is always clean and the drive thru always fast and you actually get your correct order. Must try the frozen Dr Pepper… yumm

They’re great and quick until you come at night, than the retarded incompetent employees come out.

I know it’s just a Taco Bell but, after a long day and and not a lot of money this Taco Bell came through for us. The guy at the counter was very nice and engaged my road weary children. He asked my youngest son what he would like, my son responded with a potato and ketchup burrito. The guy totally made it. He joked around with us and even gave the kids a little free dessert. How could it get any better. Thanks Taco Bell guy!

Their soda tastes like it has some type of chemical in it. My husband had the diet Pepsi and I had regular. Both seemed too taste funky. The food was yummy but I still can’t get over the fact that the drink was off

Best taco bell in the area!
Always friendly service, they have never messed up my meal, and they are generous with the hot sauce packets!
My favorite items are their chalupas, beefy 5-​layer burrito, and you can’t go wrong with $ 1 happy hour loaded grillers!
Best meal you can possibly have for under $ 3!

I love Taco Bell and I take my family here when we crave something nacho cheesy. But unfortunately, when going out to try the new breakfast items — which were yummy — I found myself a disgusting surprise. After finishing the steak breakfast wrap, I pulled a shiny black curly one out of my lips. Follicle and all! Me or my family will never go here again and I am thinking about quitting fast food altogether.

I don’t know about the tacos, but there was a gorgeous girl working there when I went last week.

I constantly crave their Tostadas and Pintos and Cheese. EXCELLENT taste, and great price. Very filling, and keeps you wanting to come back for more! I love Taco Bell!

I come here most days and get the same thing. They don’t really mess things up or go out of their way but they do the job right.
I have to say this the 5 layer is filling! one was enough for me. 2 was out of the question. So remember try one first. Good to eat and they always make it correct!
