Planned a girls trip to Temecula and decided to go with Temecula Carriage Company for transportation to and from the wineries. We booked the Trolly for the 10am tour. They were very clear on exactly what to expect, when to arrive and even recommended bringing snacks. However– Coming from LA early saturday morning, we ran into traffic and were running late. I called the owner and they were so accommodating, even though it was COMPLETELY our fault we were running late. There was six of us so because we had a larger party they offered us a private carriage and pushed our tour back an hour. The whole ride was great! We had 1 hour at each winery and it was more than enough time to taste, take pictures and enjoy! THANKYOU! We will definitely be using the Temecula Carriage Company on all our wine trips :)

We came to Temecula for my birthday weekend and my fiancée purchased a Groupon for the trolley ride. I called to make a reservation for the following Saturday and Mark one of the owners answered and was super helpful and provided a lot of information, such as bringing a picnic as it is sometimes hard to get in an out at the restaurants during the hour we are at the winery, he also provided the wineries the trolley stops at and other important information. For some reason the pick-up location was lost in the conversation. We ended up at the wrong winery, tried to call, but the number on the website went to voicemail. Luckily we were at Ponte winery and walked to the hotel concierge who had a direct line to the Company. The concierge relayed to us the pick-up spot was Lorimar, but the trolley was on the way to Ponte. We waited for a few moments at Ponte and the owners wife showed up with baby in tow(Before the trolley did) and apologized for the confusion and offered to make it up by providing 1 free tasting at each of the 4 wineries we were to stop at. When she said that, I was like yes of course! Free wine? Who doesn’t like that. But what I like most was she was willing to compensate for confusion and I didn’t feel like she blamed us. The rest of the journey was great. We were at each winery for about an hour. 1) Ponte 2) Weins 3)South Coast 4) Lorimar At Weins, the proprietor came out to meet us and provided some information to us, which was a nice touch, no other winery did that. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed like he genuinely loved his job. I would certainly recommend the trolley ride to friends.
