The Steam Box

Called Andy to come clean commercial carpet. He came and looked at the carpet prior to cleaning it. We are not impressed at all. The carpet is brown with black squares, commercial low pile carpet. Some of the carpet looks like it was bleached and other parts came clean. It’s been about a month and all the dirty spots have reappeared. I would not use the Steam Box again. Not sure if his machine has an issue but our commercial carpet came out horrible. He stated at the time of the estimate that he would only guarantee his work for 1 week. We were out of town and by the time we came back the week was up.

Andy is the man. I highly recommend his services for carpet and tile cleaning. He’s always on time and gets the job done. Here are some before and after pictures from my clients house he finished yesterday.

I hired steam Box to clean the carpets in my house and some area rugs. They arrived right on time and were very professional. They spot treated, steam cleaned and power brushed everything for no extra fees. Their prices are very reasonable too. I would recommend them highly!

Andy is a professional, trustworthy man! He has been cleaning the carpet at my rentals for the last 4 years. He always gets the job done. He schedules you promptly and works around your schedule! Andy is very nice and professional. My carpets are about 10 years old and they looked brand new when he was done. He was able to remove stains from my lighter colored carpet that I thought wouldn’t ever come out. He used a lemon fresh deodorizer that had the whole house smelling fresh and clean. He also used a different attachment for my longer carpet, that brushed and fluffed the carpet. Best work I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend «The Steam Box». Thanks again Andy!

Andy saved the day! I was moving out of my rental and found out last minute I was responsible for having carpets cleaned. Andy said he could make it that day, but ended up getting a little behind and I wasn’t able to wait, so we rescheduled for 7 am next morning. Well, the next morning came around and when I went to leave, I discovered my car battery had died. I texted Andy around 6:45 am and told him what happened and that it would be at least an hour before I’d be on my way. I was hoping he would have another appointment available, and was astonished when he told me he would wait for me! When I finally arrived at 8:30 am, he got started and it took him approximately 2 hours to do 4 rooms. Despite the carpet being cheap, it looked really nice when he was done. And the solution he uses made the house smell really good! Overall, Andy did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with. He also has the lowest prices around and was available on short notice. I will use him again when I’m ready to have the carpets in my new house cleaned. Give Andy a shot, he will not let you down :)
