He helped me go through a huge container of silver and sort through what was real and what wasn’t. It wasn’t an easy task! From the moment my son and I walked into the store, we were greated by a friendly smiling face of Tony. He made us feel right at home, asked us to sit down and asked us what he could do for us. I told him I had some gold and jewelry to sell. He asked me if I had ever done this before and when I said no, he instantly started telling us how the process works. Came in today to sell my bracelet, I went to numerous places that claim to «GIVE YOU TOP DOLLAR» but let me tell you, Tony lives by his name, he gave us a great deal for my gold! Customer service was such a delight, he seemed very well knowledged about the stock market and even showed us how much gold cost at that exact moment, No BSing us and weighs out our gold in front of us, unlike other places they take your gold and weigh it in the back.

I def became a loyal customer to this store! My daughter and I were looking for somewhere in town that sold previously owned jewelry but wanted to make sure it was somewhere that could be trusted. At first I wasn’t sure if we were at the right place or not and almost didn’t go in but we were already there so we went in. SO glad we did! First of all.: love both the gentlemen that work there. One of them owns another part of the store for some other retail stuff. They were super friendly and joked with us a lot which lightened the visit up a lot. He was also very helpful! So the Misses and I (the husband) had some gold we no longer had any use for and we’re hoping to make a buck or two off our old, mostly inherited, pieces of jewelry.
I did a search for «Gold» on my iPhone, just knowing there would be a plethora of choices; I looked here, looked there, I looked EVERYWHERE! Then spotted this place, Top Dollar Gold Exchange. I immediately thought «five stars, seriously? That’s a good sign!» And let me tell you, that good sign, ’twas not a lie!
We took a little trip on down to see about this legendary Tony guy I had read so much about; when we walked in, there was Tony, a very nice family seeming/​kinda guy, greeting us with a big old smile. This was a good start!
So we introduced ourselves, discussed the process for determining what’s legit, and what was junk basically.
So while Tony’s looking over our stash, we get to talking and come to find out he’s more than just a vet (USAF), more than just an ex-​teacher, and more than just a businessman… He’s also a shrink! Fortunately, for Tony, we didn’t have any separation anxiety when it came time to part with what we had brought in, so it was a very easy exchange! Some cash-​ola for our old unused gold items!

*AND, in spite of my doubts (when wifey asked about the diamonds in the gold) he gave us yet another little kick back for those too!
