I have been there a few times only to find out they closed an hour before. I will not be coming back…

Got permanent makeup done on eyebrows paid 250 cash plus $ 20 tip had to wait 3 months to get a retouch on them wanted wider thicker. the front and the same color when I got home I noticed the color was lighter but then I decided to wait and let it the scab come off blah blah blah they were not wider… and …were lighter my natural Eyebrow. Is.. like a level 5 which is the dark brown and she did them like a light light brown to dark blonde they do not look good and they’re completely faded off nine months total ripoff do not go here I I went back for retouch and they wanted $ 120 screw that had this before lasted 5 to 6 yrs and i. paid 150.00 and got two free touch ups im pissed

Received a private message from an employee from this salon trying to insult me with curse words and to «never come back again, we don’t want your business anyway.» she also told me to go get a job so i can pay for blow drying? very unclassy and unprofessional — not the way you want to run your business or your career. I definitely don’t recommend any business who hires unprofessional workers like this, no matter how good they are at their job.

I have been doing some search for some time to find a good facial place and I accidentally came across a flyer for this place so I decided to check it out. Zohreh was amazing! if you want to relax and freshen up or have any skin problem go to her! She was so knowledgable and gentle, and having a sensitive skin as I do the products that she used were gentle. I made a second appointment right away! highly recommended!

Go to Esther! She does an amazing job with coloring hair and cutting. She managed to get me blonde from a dark red. Hair has been healthy and looks great! Definitely recommend this place.

My dad has been coming here to get a haircut by Fay for years! All the ladies that work here are really sweet. Sherry does a great job! Whenever I’m in town, I try to swing by for a hair cut. I have long hair and $ 30 for a haircut is a great deal. Definitely recommend this place!

Fay is great! She really listened and cut my hair just how I wanted it the first time. And the price is a real relief in these tough times. Thank you Fay!

I wish there were zero or negative stars because this is what I’d give. Took my FIVE year old daughter there for what was supposed to be a $ 12 haircut. Had her hair cut to her shoulders. After the cut the hairdresser (I think owner?) asked if I wanted it dried. Yes of course. No mention of the added $ 10 cost. When I questioned the $ 22 bill she said «it took me 30 minutes to blow dry her hair», I looked at the clock and said, «We’ve only been here 20 minutes». Her response was, «Well it took me a long time.» NEVER again!

I was just looking for Tru-Art’s website to see what time they opened and found this Unilocal review. First off, Monica is not the owner, Fay is. Fay has been cutting my hair for years and I’ve been going there since they opened. While my guy’s hair cut is not all that complicated, they do a great job and and I can heartily recommend Fay and Tru-​Art.

Just moved to temecula and thought i’d try here because its close to my house. I walked in and was taken right away for a haircut by Monica… I’m not sure if she is the owner but she sure acts like it. She was constantly paying attention to everyone else in the salon but me!!! She only asked how short i wanted it and proceeded to concentrate on every other customers needs but mine! Plus she cut it too short :(Will definitely not go back.
