I had a totally different experiance then the fist reviewer. I was extremely pleased with Karen and the rest of the staff. I found them very friendly.
2 days latter, I realized I had left a check in the truck from one of my customers (I had to rent a truck while mine was in the shop getting fixed). I came in and Karen helped look in the 3 pickup trucks they have. We found it in one of the trucks that was already on the property, but had been rented. So the renter had the keys. They called this regular renter and he swung by and gave them the check. The staff held it in a locked drawer until I could swing by the next day. This saved me a lot of embarrsment, since I no longer had to call the customer and ask them to send another check.
I hope I don’t need to rent a truck for awhile, but when I do, I know where I am going.

What a nightmare!!!
Avoid this place like the plague.
The staff are distant and rude, unknowledgeable and should not be working there.
The kept leaving the show room making all customers have to hunt them down.
Never said thank you and admitted fault.
If you must buy uhaul supplies or rent a trailer, please for your sanity sake use a different location.
