I love these guys! Super attentive and ready to go the extra mile to get me back on the road!

My mom told me to come here because this is where she goes.
I love the fact that I do not have to get out of the car!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
While changing my oil they noticed that the plug of my oil can was stripped and they were able to do temp plug for me.
I will def come here again.

Had an oil change earlier this morning. Have no time to do it myself, so I thought I’d give it a try. The staff are all professional and looks all up to the task. I was in and out in about 15 – 20 minutes. Thank you and keep it up.

Oh my gosh!!! Best place I’ve ever been… Had my car serviced in 15 mins and the boys explained everything to me. I had just gotten off work been up since 5am and was not looking forward to eating an oil change.
You don’t even have to get out of your car and these boys make awesome conversation… They don’t make you feel bad for not servicing your car like most places do.
Anyway… I recommend to anyone :)

This is my official oil change station. The service is always on point. It is quick efficient service. My quicky questions are always answered. I will return. Excellent service.

On Friday my hubby and I were headed up Temecula Parkway when we discovered we had a flat tire. We had pulled into the shopping center expecting to go to the tire shop only to find it closed, kinda odd for a weekday. Right next door was Valvoline, so my hubby walked up to ask for assistance, understanding that they are a oil change shop… One of their employees Mike offered to change out our tire and put on our spare. When we went to pay, he said it was free! We certainly did not expect that. My hubby offered to buy him lunch and he was stoked! Thank you Mike for your act of Kindness.
And making a day!

Last two times I have come here the staff has changed and there not as professional, the guys all stand around doing nothing while the girl does everything. Professionalism has slipped…

Not very happy with my overall first impression and first visit.
–Air compressor was not working so couldn’t check and or fill air pressure
–Printed a reminder sticker that had wrong mileage for me to return. Asked if they could print another, was told «no I would have to run a new ticket.»
–Asked if they check front and or rear differential, after viewing my end receipt stated saying, not checked. Reply «no, we don’t do that unless we change them» one person replied, but another stated «they do it if I ask.»
–Price is rather higher than most other places.
Good concept but bad business people. Probably will not return.
One could say that I have only written two reviews but this review is me just being honest.
We work to hard for our money to be basically thrown away with stupid actions.

Stopped by for a fluid check and tire pressure check. Mike did an awesome job! These kids are on top of their game! Ramone & Nicholl were great, too!

First impressions: clean shop, short wait, very friendly interactions. 5 stars for that.
The concept of this place is that you literally stay in your vehicle the whole time as they do the work, heck you even pay from your car! Nice if you have in injury or have a disability.
I went for the oil change, new wipers and the transmission service. I knew this was going to be a longer wait so I opted to leave and come back in 30 minutes. I got a call 10 minutes in, very friendly, giving me a update of the oil change was done and the tranny was going to be started… Oh and if I wanted an air filter for additional ching…
I arrived back in about 30 mins and it was just about done. The worker walked me to a computer for a payment and stated I was quoted the wrong fee for the transmission service. I was quoted $ 149 but it turned out to be $ 199! Wtf. Excellent customer service would have been them eating that cost and use that as a training opportunity. But nope…
I have a pet peeve of if something is going to cost more that originally quoted then some communication needs to take place and NEVER EVER surprise the customer with a higher bill. They have no problem calling me to see if I want to add more services for more money but they can’t call and say they messed up and need to charge me more than originally told? Heck, even ask if I still want the work done.
Instead of giving a 1 star I gave a 3 star due to the fact that they replaced 2 of 3 wiper blades (not sure why they all weren’t replaced) for free and gave me an additional $ 20 off on the tranny service. So they tried to make up for their error but I still paid more than originally quoted without a call.
Do I return to allow them to redeem themselves? I doubt it. If I do, I will most definitely review it.

Pulled up to the bay, got off walked into the office no one there.
Walked back to my vehicle, staff was working, waited as the sign suggested. A guy pulled up next to me and he receives customer service/​attention. Another guy pulls up next to him and he was very upset with his vehicle smoking. He had just had service there. 34 minutes later of waiting with no approach from the staff, I went to Express Tire, great service there!
New in town, never coming back.

Incredible business. This place is ten times better than any dealership. Honest. Low cost. Quick. Polite. No where in Temecula is better.
You can tell this is a very well managed business. Ask for Travis, the assistant manager, really trustworthy guy.

This is a drive thru service and they check all levels except they didn’t check my windshield wiper fluid. Maybe they overlooked it

Friendly staff who tells you step by step what they’re doing. It can be annoying to some people, it didn’t bother me. I didn’t have to leave my car, which is a new experience and quite convenient. I just came from getting my tires rotated and balanced at America’s Tire next door. So, it was shocking and ironic when the staff here told me that all of my tires are underinflated. All was well. Actually, a Unilocal review will need to be done for the tire place.
I was out of there in about 15 minutes. As with any oil change, I checked for any leaks a few hours later, and there weren’t any. Go early, so it doesn’t get too hot when you’re in your car with the A/​C turned off. Don’t forget your coupon! I’d come here again the next time I’m in town.

I got my car service, I was very impressed how fast n friendly they where but next morning my oil was leaking they said they will fix if but wanted me to drive to the station I told that I don’t feel comfortable … It was really weird idk how things were handle but they told me they will reimburse me I won’t come here again …

Called a full service auto shop close to my house but they were booked solid. I wanted to get my oil changed today and Unilocal helped my to decide to take it to Valvoline. I have passed by it many times and it was good to know that they have an overall positive feedback. I really like Valvoline oil too as many mechanics over the years have recommended it.
Now, I have plenty of experience going to these oil change places so I didn’t have any real worries about being «up-​sold.» I’m a grown up. I know that I can say, «No thanks, maybe next time.» I do know when air filters, etc. should be changed so I was happy when they showed my the air filter from under the hood and said it was fine I felt better because I knew what condition it was in since I had changed it recently.
The whole «pit crew» thing was a little bit show biz but they got the job done quick and didn’t miss anything. The only thing holding me back from a 5 STAR rating is that the price was more than I have paid at my mechanic and they left black, greasy hand prints on the hood.

This place is fantastic. I came here when I was visiting my folks and was too lazy to make an appointment with my usual mechanic. These guys were really quick, professional and really helpful for a dumb person like me who doesn’t know how to operate her car (lol).
All you need to do is roll your car up into their garage and let them do the work while you sit and play on your mobile device (and yes, they have free wifi!). I have NEVER been to an oil change where I was allowed to sit in my car, so I was pretty excited and amazed!
The guys finished my car within 15 – 20 minutes. They offered me some recommendations but didn’t push me into getting anything that my car didn’t need to get. I also got to use my Unilocal coupon to save me some money on my oil change! :D
Pricing is moderate, even with the coupon (what can I say? I’m a cheapskate). BUT, I totally recommend these guys! I’ll definitely come back here if I am in a hurry and am in the area.
