No stars is too high for this doctor and this office! they charged me over $ 700 over allergy testing that was covered by insurance. They did not know the difference between a deductible and an out of pocket maximum. Took them over 2 weeks to decide to refund the money after I bugged them constantly. Apparently the doctor and her staff do not like being called out for their incompetence – I never cursed at them but the doctor accused me of doing so. They did not tell me in advance of the possible out of pocket for testing– they waited for me to be off all my allergy meds (I was miserable) and in the lab ready to start testing before they sprung the money bit on me and it was pay up or get out! The staff is lazy, whiny and rude. The doctor did not take the time to explain any of my pulmonary test results. Avoid this office and this woman at all costs!
