Arrowhead Property Management

I am a property owner and this is the worst Property Management Company I have ever dealt with. They kep the rent and claimed it had been depsosited. After a run around for a month they collected two months worth of rent and never paid me. DO NOT USE PHYLIS or her son ROC

I have rented from apartments, property management companies, and directly from home owners.
What I feel like Arrowhead serves as is simply a middle man. For granted, that is kind of their role. But I’ve had a few issues (above unit at condo) with leaking, garbage disposal, etc. It seems like it takes a while to get these issues settled sometimes. Now of course I am not one to be the chirping bird so maybe if I was more vocal and direct things would work faster.
They have given me leway on being late on rent a few times when I forgot or was out of town. This is nice.
Probably my biggest pet pieve is that Arrowhead still only accepts checks or money orders. I say, c’mon, this is 2011 — get with it and accept credit cards or paypal. I’ve mailed my check and it got lost… so now I have to drive it to them. Royal pain.
