Awesome bikes, great prices! The 29″ cruiser fit me perfect and looks sweet!!! I shopped around and could not find anything as cool as the flat black SIKK frame with red rims and pedals!

Super helpful staff, the bikes are high quality and at a better price than the competition. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a beach bike, lots of colors and you can choose from single speed, 3 speed and 7 speed bikes!

The customer service is terrible and I too had issues with their warranty. I had a tire blow out while riding my bike the same day I bought it, I called and explained to the guy what happened and said he would replace it for free. I drove 40 miles one way from my house to the store and when I got there the guy said it was my fault and charged me $ 20 to replace it. I could of purchased a new inner tube for $ 15 and replaced it myself. The guy at the store has a cocky attitude and could care less about customer satisfaction after he takes your money, you would think you would get better customer service after overpaying for a bike.

I would avoid purchasing a bike from Sikk Bikes(AZ beach bikes) as they do not support their warranty. Dec 2015 — Purchased 29″ beach cruiser from Sikk Bikes in Tempe, AZ for our son Gabriel for Christmas. On their website, it says they warranty all components for 1 year and the frame for 5 years( ). The gentleman who sold us the bike re-stated this, and confirmed even the tubes and tires would be covered. Sept 2015 — Gabriel started having problems with the front tire where the tube was popping, with no evidence of riding over anything sharp to cause it. Sikk bikes replaced the tire twice before finally replace the entire rim. This process took around 3 weeks time, but he hasn’t had any further issues with it. The employees attitude was that they could care less and their customer service was terrible. The manager Zack did try to charge us for replacing the tube(over the phone with the employee), but after arguing about the warranty for the bike, he ultimately replaced it. Oct 2015 — Gabriel was riding the bike when the back tire blew. It literally split on the side wall of the tire. We took it back to Sikk(Gilbert store) and they said they would not replace it since it was not a component. They also said that since the rim was fine, they wouldn’t do anything, but if the rim was damaged then they would. We argued that this is what is advertised on their website and that the bike is still under warranty. They refused to repair the bike. Nov 2015 — Finally obtained a replacement tire and tube to replace what Sikk would not. Upon beginning to repair, we noticed that 3 spokes in the rim were broken. We immediately stopped the repair and took the rim, tube, and tire to them. We spoke with a guy there that called his manage Zack after taking pictures and sending them to him. He spoke with Zack and Zack stated that the rim looked damaged and abused and ridden on, and would not replace or repair the rim, tire or tube. The gentleman at Gilbert store said in all the 1000 bikes they have sold, this is the first one that has had a problem. I argued that they said if the rim was damaged they would replace it under the warranty, but they still would not correct the problem.

Hey Ken, I’m in sales and I know the value of good customer service. I just wanted to let you know what a great experience I had with one of your employee’s Zach. I called him him up around 1pm on Tuesday and he asked if he could call me back once he was back in the shop. I said no problem and he did call me back about 30 minutes later. I’ve been eyeing the 7 speed UFO Fat Tire for a couple of months and I decided to pull the trigger. Zach took down my info, sent me the invoice to approve and shipped out the bike all within about an hour. Today is Thursday and my bike is on the Fedex truck for delivery less than 2 days later! The customer service was awesome! The representative let my husband, child, and me all try out different bikes. He was friendly, attentive, and very patient with our indecisiveness. We got 3 awesome bikes for less than one bike at other custom shops. Great bikes for a great pice. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

I had a good experience here. I stopped by looking for a cruiser and they let me take out as many as I wanted. I cruised around the parking lot, learned the differences between each bike, and left without making a purchase decision because they had one type that wasn’t in stock yet(single speed fat tire) that I wanted to try. I happened to be driving by the Gilbert store a few days later and stopped in to see what they had as far as colors choices. I found the bike I wanted but after test driving it I didn’t like the way the brakes were reacting. The employee there told me they hadn’t tuned these up but the main mechanic was at the Tempe store that day and he could have one tuned up and perfect for pickup later in the day. I swung by after work and my bike was indeed perfectly tuned and ready to go. I’ve had it for a couple of weeks now and I absolutely love the bike. I bought the 7-speed fat tire in lime green. I get stopped at least a few times each time I’m out on it to compliment me on the look. The ride is incredibly smooth as well. For piece of mind they give you a 2-year warranty on all parts(other than tubes). The bike isn’t cheap but it is unique, well made, and fun to ride. Also, you’re supporting a local business. I have no complaints and will update the review should I have any issues with maintenance.

I would agree completely with the other review! The customer service was terrible. The guy behind the counter could careless we were there. We were ready to buy and walked out because of the flippant attitude by the one and only employee! We asked about bike tune-up and his reply was«what tune-up, you won’t need any tune-ups.»

please! Please! Please! Don’t ever purchase a bicycle from this shop! there is no customer serviceor appreciation! Me and my epileptic brother went to Az beach bikes to buy him a bike so he could be more self reliant. We got their 10min before they closed, it smelled like«POT» and the kid behind the counter wasn’t to happy when he saw us walk in. He was very short with his answers to our questions. Had 1 motorized bicycle left. We went home and did our research of the shop and products. Their site never mention warranties or return policy. We returned the next day to purchase the bike. We understood we had to assemble the bike our selves but the directions wording are impossible to understand. Its like a kindergartener wrote it. Parts don’t line up! We’re going to have to «cut» and Macgyver(refab) the bike parts to make it work. No link or place to get parts or better instructions. He said it was simple to assemble. I would most definitely give this shopnegative stars if I could.

Sikk bikes were recommended to me from a friend. Finally had the money for me and my son to get new bikes. We used the map quest to get us to the shop and we were sent to a dirt road in AJ. I knew this wasn’t right so I called AZ Beach crusiers and explained this he said«go to Dobson and University» he added«we are closing in 45 mins». I got there with 6 minutes to spare. My son and I walked in to a little hipster behind the counter looking at his watch and giving a huge SIGH like my 8 year daughter does when I tell her to clean her room. I told him that I already knew what we wanted and had $ 500 cash in my pocket. He shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care so we turned around and drove back home. This has bothered me for the last 2 weeks. I’m not able to get a hold of anyone from Sikk bikes. At least my son got a lesson on how not to conduct business like a little spoiled Scottsdale brat. Stay away from this shop!
