Cappadonna’s Lighting

Extremely helpful staff! Beautiful lighting selection. Must see this place before settling with Home Depot or Lowes. Much better selection. Prices better than Z Gallery. So glad I was referred here.
Don’t think the person John C that reviewed before me has ever given anyone 5 stars. Waiting 10 minutes for service… pshh try to find staff at jumbo stores that sell lighting. I will wait 10 minutes for these prices and selection. Staff was beyond helpful.

You could buy just about any kind of lighting here.
The first time I contacted this place, I came off pretty upset (I was thinking, tempted and almost left a one star review). However, after my recent encounters, I’m leaving a three star review (for A-​OK).
The first time I contacted Cappadonna’s Lighting was over the phone. I called in to do a price check. However, after putting me on hold, they hung up on me. I’m not sure if it was on purpose, but I was shocked.
I visited the store; I was determined to get this light from Cappadonna’s– my HOA demands it. Anyways, my order/​purchase was a quick affair, 10 minutes in and out.
I received a call from them in 7 days and went to pick it up. I had to wait 10 minutes to be greeted. There were at least two people working the front, no one greeted me. One person was helping another customer and another guy was getting a large order from the back (all the other customers seemed really happy and friendly with the guys working there). Were there chances for them to greet me, yes, but I’ll put the lack of customer service to being busy.
I was helped, got my light and out pretty quickly, once they helped me.
Lastly, I did a price check of the light I purchased from them. No online vendor could beat them before shipping and handling. Pretty cool.
Will I be buying from them again? Maybe, but my experience with customer service was not pleasant.

Very professional, nice, accommodating, prices,& variety of lighting. this is truly the best lighting store that we have found here in AZ. They also have a great display of lighting that you can actually view to choose from.

Wow, I can’t believe Cappadonna’s only has one review! My electrician recommended them and since then (October 2014) it has been a fantastic experience with Christa, Tammy and the entire crew. They helped me with the whole house, indoor and outdoor. I have been remodeling our recently purchased home with almost every new electric piece from chandeliers to sconces, ceiling fans, under cabinet lighting, outdoor lanterns etc.
Christa has been a gem with her great advice and lovely taste; I do like the very personal attention you receive at Cappadonna’s, They can order anything in any style and the prices are quite reasonable. They have a fantastic selection.
I am so glad I got to know Cappadonna’s and now I have no hesitation if I need a light fixture, I head to Cappadonna’s. Everyone is so helpful, cheerful and goes out of the way to please the customer. They are among my favorite people in the Valley!
Even for just one item or an entire house you’ll find everything electrical you need in this wonderful store and it is locally owned. So don’t wait!

Our electrician suggested we go here to purchase a quieter fan because the one we got from Home Depot said it was quiet but turns out it is not.
Cappadonna’s is pretty well stocked. They showed us a bunch of options. Most of them were above our price range so the customer service lady showed us some options through a catalog that were in our price range and ordered a fan we wanted. I think she went above and beyond to help us figure out what we wanted. Was not hesitant to help at all.
Will be doing more shopping here as time progresses.
