No more drive thru «live» service. The first two lanes are closed, and the outboard lane (#3) is an ATM. So you have to go inside if the ATM wont do the transaction. This is so Bank of America. Chase stood out for still having full service drive through lanes.
I was making a car payment with a credit union check so I needed to do it live. It seems that the people who still do their banking without ATM’s need to be hand held and walked through transactions. The person at the front of the line had a complicated transaction, the person in front of me couldn’t fill out a deposit slip without help, and the person behind me did not understand how the lobby ATM worked.
Things would have been easier if they had more than one teller window open. The second teller was the new lobby ATM

This is my bank, this is the only one i’ll go to in tempe. And I make sure I go inside because the people are so friendly. I do my business banking with them as well and I have the best guy, if your in the area look for a guy named George Kimble. This guy has taken care of me and really saved me money. I got out of a bad contract with another bank and they really helped me out. There weren’t any of those hidden fees that you have no idea where they come from. It’s just cut and dry. So if your thinking about finding a bank that has your back I would recommend this one because they will do right by you

Good location in South Tempe by ASU off US-60, busy intersection. I usually just use the ATM by the entrance, never really have to go into the lobby. Good bank to put your monies in. Definitely recommending it to everyone!

Had to withdraw some quick cash today. .. Friday you know. So I ran over quick to this location (which I have fequented before), to grab the funds…
As always, the employees were cheerful, courteous, and didn’t try to offer you any unneed services. Three people ahead of my, and guess what. .. Three tellers. .. the visit was quick. .. and I was outta there.
Nothing worse than going to the bank and spending 20 — 30 minutes in line. .. only complaint. .. I wish the withdrawal limit at the drive-thru was higher. .. if I only wanted a couple hundred dollars, I would have used the ATM.

First of all this bank is very close to my home. Which makes it most good! 2ndly they are always very friendly. Every time i have come in if there is the slighest bit of a line they ask you right away, what can they help you with. This comes from those working on the side lines. This is the only bank i have ever seen do this. Every one here is very helpful and very friendly. They will print up your statements even no charge. Extra parking in bank. It is located right on the corner. Good choice if you are in Tempe.
