Called early in the week to have some weekend work done. Was given a time frame of 3 hours on a Saturday. Never showed up or called. Called that afternoon to see what was going on and got voice-mail. Never called back. Overall poor customer service and will go elsewhere for my business.

I was in a Jam and they really helped me out. I have a rare model car, A Daihatsu Charade, and locked my keys in my car. Worse new was that my window was rolled up and the exterior door handle was busted. To make it even worse the inside handle was broken off too due to age or my powerful robot hand. I found the number online and gave them a call. They not only were able to unlock the door, they fixed the door handle for me so I can open my car like a normal person again. So I got my keys, they made me a spare and fixed my door. Job well done!

I had my locks re-keyed at my house in Scottsdale. The technician was very nice and very knowledgeable. I like the service so much, I also had them rekey my commercial business in Phoeinx.
