BAD BAD BAD.
I found Travis on CL and chose him due to proximity and projected cost.
He tuned up my laptop and everything has been fine… until a week ago.
I’m now getting messages that my Microsoft Office is not valid… WHAT? It was valid when I took it in. Easy enough, right? I even left messages about increasing my RAM (more $ for him).
So I called him. No reply. I emailed him, 3 times, no reply. Today I called again and he clearly knew who I was and the stammering started.
Lies lies lies is what I got.
WAY too many tech geeks out there that actually know how to run a business.
Avoid like the plague
