Ghost Armor

Today I visit this location and had the pleasure of meeting RL who I believe is the manager of this site! The service was fast friendly and RL got the job done! I will be back for sure to have other electrons done. Thank you RL

If you want your devices dropped or scratched while you wait, this is a great place to go. I just finished getting my Apple Watch ghost armored and the kid scratched it all up. When I asked the, «manager» about it he gave me his card and told me to call corporate. I will never return.
Don’t bother contacting the corporate office because they take forever for a decision and it’s simply not worth it. This company is incredibly lame.

Scam alert! Don’t trust the warranty! Once you own it Its yours. The quality is not that great especially if you plan on sliding it in and out of your pocket l but that is not even my complaint today, I was told multiple times that if I bought a new phone to save the old skin and they would put on a new one for the labor of 10 dollars a side. I brought my phone back after changing to a smaller iPhone the first salesmen at the NW Ghost Armor Kiosk told me it’s a lifetime warranty but only for the same phone type. I guess you’re expected to keep the same iPhone for life. Like that is going to happen. Don’t refer anyone to them ever!

Wish there was a 0 star! This place is a joke! I have had ghost armor for years on all my devices. Then they closed the location closest to me. Now I have to drive 3 hours to get a screen redone. They don’t do a good job the first time and expect me to come back in the 7 day time frame to fix a job that was crap in the first place. I can’t drive 3 more hours just to get this fixed. I asked for an extension to get it fixed for free next time I’m in phx the location said I had to call corp so I did she had to check with a supervisor and call me back within 24 hours! That was 3 days ago. This place is a joke with a crappy warranty and HORRIBLE customer service wouldn’t recommend them at all!

I have used ghost armor for iPhone 3G, 2 iPhone 4, iPad, 4 iPhone 5/​5s. Loved all of them and great product. Do NOT buy for the iPhone 6. The corners don’t stay down. I brought it back two days later and their answer was to cut (remove) the corner pieces. I buy this product to protect the screen and the corners. Still a good screen protector but not worth $ 40 to protect all but the corners of your phone. If you have the older iPhones go for it, do not for the iPhone 6. Customer service and 7 day warranty is worthless here. Beware.

It’s there not a zero star option? Watch your phone. This location mixed up people’s Iphones yesterday when they came to market and everyone was getting them protected giving several people the wrong phone with different carriers. It’s a pain in the ass now where the security on phones appears as though they have been stolen when they tried activating them. Bottom line is that this place had very poor chain of control. Watch out.

Product might be excellent but customer service by Ryan was a horrible experience.
He took the protector of my cell without asking me for permission to do it assuming I was going to have to get the product. He told me $ 24.99 for a clear protector full body and when I show interest on it he change it to $ 39.99 clear protector full body. He even offer a discount if I agree to buy a gift card, the deal: $ 30.00 for clear full body in a gift card-​he would wave the $ 9.99 fee for doing the job-​and I have to get it done another day.
What?Really!
If you buy a gift card you can not get a refund but of course he would not tell you that. Wow what a deal. No thank you. I will pass.
Also be careful because he kept my old protector which you need to send back in the mail if you have one that is life time warranty. So I went back and ask for it back. Ryan said:“Shield protectors sell in apple stores void phone warranty.“
I went in with a phone with a screen protector and I left with a phone with no screen protector. What a bad experience and bad service given by Ryan. I juts read the other reviews on the tempe area, it seem they moved the guys to the Arizona mills location.
I will stick to my screen shield protector.

Amazing product. I have had it on my Droid 2, and have talked several of my friends into getting it. The screen cover is by far better than the ones you purchase and put on yourself. I got the package that covers your entire phone (front, back, sides). Its amazing because you can’t any part of your phone. I use my media docking station, and my car dock daily. With a normal case I would have to take it off everytime I would use them. best phone product you can get (exception of an extended battery being the best). Best part is its warrantied for life. I’ve had mine fixed a few times just from my own stupidity. Only thing that would make it a 5 star is if they had more locations, or not be in the center isle in a mall
