DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Only gave one star because I had to. We paid for our bed in cash and the bed has yet to be delivered. We came and asked for a refund where we were greeted in the parking lot and were told that the money would not be refunded because the whole store is «close out «and in the contract it says no return on close out. While it does say that in the contract there is nothing stating that the item was close out. The owner Bill was very unprofessional, they decided to call the cops, who also agreed they wouldn’t by from this place

This is my first time here. I am highly satisfied of their customer service. Their employees were all very nice and well mannered to us. After browsing their huge catalog and finding the bedframe i wanted, they gave us a huge student discount. Everything went very smoothly as planned. I got my lovely bedframe today and assembled it. It looks great! I would recommend this place to my family and friends:)

We were on our way to Ikea to look for patio furniture and stopped in here first. We bought a patio set and are very happy with it. Great set, nice quality, super accommodating customer service. We double checked prices and these prices beat the competition for similar sets. The warehouse manager was super helpful also, and deliver service very courteous.

I have never been tracked down and harassed IN THE PARKING LOT as we walked into the mattress store NEXT STORE! Who opens a mattress store next to another mattress store and walks out of the store to try and steal another companies business! To be honest with you I won’t go in this store simply for that reason! Are you that desperate?

Came in with my friend after seeing the sign person on the corner of IKEA. Curly the owner was super helpful and nice and was not pushy at all. He gave us great recommendations and when my friend finally settled on a mlily mattress he gave her a student discount as well.

After purchasing a crap mattress from R and S next door less than a year ago we decided to give this place a try. The staff was friendly inviting and didn’t give us the run around. They listened to our needs and met them without hesitation. They made sure we got the bed we wanted. Finance options are great even for those with less than perfect credit. We were able to take our bed home that evening without any hiccups and the gentleman who secured our mattress to our SUV did so phenomenally. The pricing for mattresses is not bad either. For our approval amount the other mattresses at other stores were more or less what we had paid cash for a R and S. Absolute crap. The bed we purchased here went above and beyond our expectations which is ultimately why we purchased here. They also have a fabulous program where instead of having a mattress company haul of your old mattress and get it as a tax write off, they offer a 2 year trade in if you use a mattress cover which everyone should use whether this program exists or not. 2 years and 90% of your beds value back to go towards your next purchase, plus the bed gets donated to those who need it. It is a win for everyone involved and I haven’t seen another place offer this. They also have a 30 day guarantee where if we are not happy with the bed we can exchange it for one we are satisfied with. We drove from Gilbert to mattress magic and we were not disappointed. They even threw in a few pillows for us :) We are now the happy owners of a new mattress and catching up on the previous sleep the mattress we previous had was stealing from us. Thank you Mattress Magic for giving us our sleep back. You have earned our business for years to come.

I had a fantastic experience here. Great place with knowledgeable and nice salesman. I love my bed and would recommend anyone to Mattress Magic thats wants an excellent deal.

I had a great experience here. My first purchase was a memory foam matress. They were really helpful and after my researching around they gave me the best deal. I didn’t get a sales pitch just straight talk. That was refreshing! So I went back and purchased a couch that I found in one of their catalogues. At first I was a little reluctant due to the fact that I was ordering it and couldn’t see it with my own eyes. The owner Kurly assured me that if I wasn’t happy with it I could return it and order something else. The couch came in two weeks as expected and it’s Amazing! I love this couch! I plan on going back for another Matress! It was clean and professional. I highly recommend Matress Majic.

This is literally the worst store experience I have had in years. I think most of their staff and ownership should be in prison. They lie, cheat and steal at every turn. Their tactics of chasing people out in the parking lot to get you to come into their store over their competitor next door is very scummy. Don’t trust them, don’t try them. Walk next door to R&S, I am sure they will treat you better. The Attorney General should investigate these guys…

DO NOT GO HERE! «Kurly» and Edward are the quintessential slimy salesman… Treat you perfectly before the sale and tell you everything you want to hear to get you purchase something, then once it’s over you’re nothing to them and they treat you like it
my wife and I went to buy a mattress and bed frame… After pushy sales tactics, we made a deal for both but the frame wasn’t in stock so they had to order it. They told us it would be at the store in two weeks. Two weeks later, it wasn’t there. Kurly then tried to charge me extra because it was back ordered and needed to be paid for. I said no and he proceeded to tell me it would be available in one week. One week goes by, I call and neither salesman will get on the phone with me, they never called me back. They said the bed frame wasn’t available. Weeks go by and I call almost every other day and they don’t get back to me. Finally I go in to the store again and again they tried to charge me more for it and tell me it’s back ordered and won’t be available until the end of December (it’s beginning of November at this point and it’s already been weeks)
When the frame finally comes in, Kurly and Edward refuse to do the deal for the original price we agreed on. Screw this place, I wish I read reviews before going there

My fiancé and I were out mattress shopping and decided to pop in after we were at another Mattress store nearby. I was not impressed at all …
The salesman that greeted us at the door did not want to let us leave. He showed us four mattresses, all from brands I didn’t recognize and none of which I found suitable. I explained that each mattress didn’t meet our needs. After showing us the last mattress, he said I’ve got one more thing … I assumed he had one last mattress, but I was wrong. He took us over to a table and told us to read some news article or write up that was highlighted on a page.
We walked out… And I need a shower.
One other important point to note was that when we he was showing us the mattresses he said, «if you buy our mattress cover for $ 30 and you don’t like the mattress you buy you can exchange the mattress up to 3x, but every time you traded out you would have to trade up and spend more money to ensure you were getting closer to what you want.»
Go to R&S Mattress next door. They are not pushy, friendly and will do everything they can to find you a mattress. We bought our first bed from them two years ago and are upgrading to a King. I’ll be heading back to R&S. In my opinion, they are the best around.
«Marcy O,» a fellow Unilocaler just informed me that I was a «fool» to say that R&S is the best around. Go in and see for yourself. That’s what these lovely reviews are for.

This store was a major disappointment to shop at. Not only was it filthy, but the salesperson was rude and pushy. He tried to sell me a bed that was clearly used, even though he swore it was new. I will never buy from a dishonest store like this.
