I’m not one to usually do this however this place is amazing! They offer Protein shakes and tea w/​Aloe very Yummy!!! Its way! Way! BETTER than One Stop Nutrition plus they offer free fitness classes. I’ve been going to this place for just about a year and it helped me reach my fitness goal of 125lbs plus kept it off during the Holidays. Super cool spot to hang and talk… service is wonderful

Stopped in this place cuz the sign in front said «Free Smoothie» and I have a hard time turning down anything free. So as my sister and I entered the room I immediately thought to myself the place reminds me of a cult. We were greeted by an overly friendly Guy who sat us at a table and gave us a menu of tea choices. We chose peach. When the tea was served to us it looked very refreshing. But one drink was enough for me. The «green tea with mango aloe» was horrible. We were then instructed to pick a shake flavor. The choices all sounded so yummy but we made our selection (cake batter for me and dreamsicle for her) as we looked for a place to dump the tea. The shakes were worse then the tea. I guess if you like sandy chalk paste then you’d love the crap they gave us. To summarize the visit we got coached on how to live a healthy life and left with a substance perfect for hanging wallpaper. I’m glad I gave the cult leaders a wrong number so when they call next week to set up my «personal health plan» someone else will have to deal with the wackos.
