Parker Finch Management

absolutely terrible. the parker finch website is constantly down so you cant pay your hoa dues online. when I called in to ask if i could pay by phone they said it operated under the same system and that i should mail the payment in. I told them I had no hoa slips as i always paid online and they told me it looked like i would have to pay a late fee. they said the server for their website was undergoing maintenance and they had no estimated time of completion. this was three months ago. now today i log in to try paying online again and guess what… its broken again! how many times are they going to «change their servers»?? its also a complete joke that they have a $ 10 convenience fee for paying online… I pay by visa card… visa does not charge fees for collecting payment as a merchant. the HOA is simply pocketing an extra $ 10 for the «convenience».
bottom line is this company is a joke and nobody within it has any desire to make it better. i had placed calls to their management of accounting to ask for assistance and no call returned. it took them 3 days to respond to the email sent to them asking for the same help. What did the email say? just keep trying…
if you love one of the properties they manage you can make it work… if you love two properties equally and one is not managed by parker finch, take it and run with it and never look back. parker finch is a waste of time and money.

Parker FInch has been our management company for the last 3 years and done an amazing job! Our community manager, Arnie, is friendly and really cares about us. Our community members always say how fast the response rate is when they are experiencing a problem. Thank you guys for all your great work!
