Angela Frain is one of the most compassionate trainers I have ever worked with. She never let’s me give up, and always gives me positive motivation not only physically but mentally. I have been uncomfortable in my skin with no energy for years, and now I can say I live a healthy lifestyle because of her fitness routines she designed just for me! I would recommend her to anyone with any kind of goals from weight loss to just getting toned!
